Stopped in for gas and saw Laredo Taco, I got the 1/2 chicken plate and it was absolutely delicious. It was roughly $10 for the plate but the portions were large and filled me up. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been here a few times and have recently noticed the staff is mostly new. I’m not sure what was going on before, but the customer service and food quality has improved a lot. The restaurant manager is always on the floor and training every time you come in, which is great to see. The line is clean, and the food is great. No complaints!

It’s amazing that during breakfast everything they sell has eggs and somehow they don’t have any eggs cooked. The last time I was in there at lunch time they only had two of the proteins they offer cooked. Poorly staffed and poorly managed. The food is good when they actually cook it.
