They dont know how to speak english, you gotta start screaming and talk slow for them to understand, the person makin my sandwich from an order online missed half of my order, she grabbed the tuna dropped it on the receipt mid way and just scraped it off and put it on my sandwich the stains are still there, she knew i was watching her make it, didnt put two of the sauces on my order, (they were available) and she forgot the jalapenos and when i ask her to add it she puts it in a small container for me. like what

Today at about 1:30 pm. I arrived in this Subway, they only had wheat bread. The bread was hard, so the server said she would warm it up in the oven. I bought 2 sandwiches. When I got home, I ate mine, picking off the hard bread but my son refused to eat his sandwich. I took his back and they refused to make a new sandwich, saying it’s been 2 hours and I shouldn’t have taken it for two hours! I don’t know if this store is under new management, but in the past, the men were friendlier. The 2 women today had horrible attitudes, I will never come back to this restaurant again!!!

This is such a horrible subway. I ordered through the app. The sandwiches were not toasted as requested, all three sandwiches were so skimpy hardly anything on them. If the sandwich is a $13 or even $14 sandwich why does it look like a $2 sandwich. When I got there to pick it up I wasn’t even greeted. The employees bothe guys were very unpleasant and unprofessional. Alot of our toppings were missing as well. I want my money back.

Visited the Subway on Ford Road in Dearborn Heights on September 8, 2025, around 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, the staff member she’s serving us had a noticeable with very bad attitude and was not welcoming, which led us to leave without completing our order. Owner can check camera and listen to how she has attitude . I hope the service can be improved in the future.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I went there, doors were locked but they were open? The nice lady let me in. This store was nasty in cleanliness. The food was extremely mediocre and everything tasted so sad and old. It was a nasty sub too. I had to literally go all the way in to the window to grab my sub and cup as the lady literally walked away. Didn’t even give me my receipt or anything.

Worst subway experience ever the workers there where so rude to me at checkout and where so rude to the other customers that where behind me in line and had no common sense what so ever never coming to this location ever again and definitely don’t recommend anyone going there as well

Last time I was here I get a five star. This time if I give a zero star I would. Yes it was very busy but the women working could barely speak English. Then basically ignored me on everything I asked and if she didn’t ignore me the she would argue with me about what is going on my sandwich telling me it’s all the same. Horrible service this time. I will come back one more time to see if the service gets better just because the last time I was here it was amazing service I’m hoping to get rid of this person or train her correctly
