Very dissatisfied with the customer service we experienced today. We called in our order an hour prior due to the holiday & understanding it’s a busy night but upon arrival the manager, Monica, let us know she never out in our order and let us walk out the door empty handed. She had no solution nor did she show any empathy towards their mistake. It’s not about the food but lack of professionalism. Hire better; train better.

The pizza is nothing special but my kid enjoys the variety of arcade games. Wait time for food was pretty standard. We came later in the day and many tables were dirty/hadn’t been bussed.

New PPP so of course all is new and smells clean. Food was delicious as PPP is known for. Staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was very good and of course brand new games. Right off Zaragoza before Albertsons.

This pizza place has plenty of parking. New games, some are different to other Peter Piper’s. Even though they had four parties going, there was plenty of space for other customers. Pizza was good, as always.

We wanted to give this place a try since it’s a new location and closer to us than the Montana location which is usually our go-to but this is the last time we order from here. We placed an order this evening using a coupon for a free pizza we were given during another previous order where they had messed up the pizza. We were getting a large double pep with the coupon and buying another one and once my husband checked the pizza we noticed the pizza was not double pep. What are the odds, we are redeeming a coupon for a messed up order only for it to occur again. Obviously mistakes happen but when it’s a constant thing clearly something is lacking. We will stop wasting our time and just drive the few extra minutes to the Montana location.

Went in September 4th, 2025 at about 11:07am. My order was a little complicated, so the manager (I believe) took care of me and made sure it was just as I wanted! He was very kind to everyone he came into contact with, which I’m a sucker for good customer service so I appreciate consistent people. When my order was finally done he made sure to show me it was as I liked and kindly told me to have a good day.

This place was fun for my kiddos. They were having som much fun until the GM manager on 9/21 evening shift came out and was taking pictures of kids. Just the kids only which I found very awkward. When I tried to approach him since my daughter didn’t feel comfortable. He took off back into the back and didn’t come out. Thankfully the police officer was walking around so I felt a little more comfortable. Thank you EPPD for providing a police officer! My daughter felt way more comfortable when the police officer working on duty that evening checked on her and all of her friends. As for the manager that evening, STOP taking pictures of kids only! U make them uncomfortable!!!

The pizza was delicious as always, and even though it was extremely busy the food came out at a reasonable price. You have to pay for ranch dressing though which I thought was extremely odd. The games are fun I like the idea of the new cards where you can scan and play games. The prizes are also cute and fun for kids
