Food was ok. The service was an issue. The guy didn’t wrap the sub, just took the paper and folded it over. Had to reassemble my sub. Do better guy…do better.

Recently purchased the new foot long dippers. Although they tasted ok they looked nothing like the commercial. Not knowing this I ordered approximately 7-8 dippers. I was given a specific time to pick up bc I ordered online. The food wasn’t hot. They were all flat and not round as seen on tv. Staff was also laughing and whispering, pointing to customers as if they were talking about them. I previously gave 4 stars but now it’s 3.

I ordered a wrap that was supposed to get avocado on it. They didn’t have any available and he had already begun to make the wrap. If you’re going to sale sandwiches and wrap with special ingredients you should know when you’re out of something. The station where they make the sandwiches could use some cleaning.

The best customer service found here. On ordering a vegetarian subway they changed their gloves and prepared the sandwich with utmost care. Really appreciate their efforts. I have ordered veggie sub in multiple locations but never received such care. Thanks a ton.

My sandwich was great and made in a sanitary manner. Customer service was just okay. I take issue with the state of the restroom. It was HIDEOUS. Imagine the worst-case scenario (too gross to detail). Also, no paper towels or toilet paper. I informed the owner & cashier and they were extremely nonchalant.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. All the ingredients were frozen, the one doing veggies had an attitude. I understand not liking your job but projecting that onto the customers is unprofessional to say the least. They only had 1 bread type and were almost out of everything. I cancelled a sandwich, and paid for the 2 already completed but the lettuce and spinach taste awful. I prefer the Creedmoor location.

Rude workers. Had an online order and there was an issue that they didn’t have cookies (at 5 o’clock btw) which really would have been fine but then they were rude to my mother who was picking up the food. “Next time call to make sure we have everything for you order” why should I have to call in to place an online order? Also complained they had to void the order even tho she was there to pay for the part we could get, don’t accept the order if you can’t make it.

Will not be going back to this location.

It’s a new older lady that works there and she has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen! Then she had gloves on handling money and used the same gloves after to make someone’s sandwich without changing her gloves! I left because she was NOT about to fix my sandwich! Other workers in there don’t have a good attitude either but the guy with dreadlocks is always pleasant and helpful!

Ehh workers there were very dry. Just like their tuna ‍♀️ walked in and no greeting stood there for about 4 mins before they asked me my order. (They was making an online order) but they was talking amongst themselves. They didn’t give or offer me my receipt i was disappointed in their sub. Bread was crusty (as if the bread cabinet was left open too long) tuna portions was amazing but tuna was very dry.
