Came for Sunday brunch with my husband, the food was good, ambiance was nice, decorated very well for any occasion.
We got to enjoy both DJ and live soulful music.
Overall Service was great and we enjoyed ourselves.

I came with a group of friend from Miami in the area and we stopped at Top Resto & Bar to eat. The place is beautiful, our server Ann was very nice professional, and the foods were good. We will come back again.

I support black business, but we gotta do better. The waitstaff should ramp up their customer service, multitasking and attention to detail skills. It took me and my friend over 30 mins to receive the wrong order and a low quality meal. There was an event going on and when a large party came in all attention averted to the party room. When I pointed out the mistake with my food, I was told what I requested when I ordered the meal,was not possible. (Which was, making my side salad into a side Cesar salad) The lettuce was the middle of the head of lettuce- not ripe greens .The shrimp was from a frozen food box for 3$ at Walmart. This is not it

Unacceptable kabrit fritay for $30. I ordered from UberEats when the food arrived I was disgusted!! The kabrit was fried in dirty oil & tasteless. The bunun peze was split into half to fry but was fried too hard. They gave me 2 pieces of patat which were flattened and fried too hard. Food quality and quantity is not worth the price !!!

I’m convinced the majority of these reviews are from friends or family. I visited this establishment for a birthday dinner, and during my visit, there was another party of about twenty people. We only had one server between the two parties, which was frustrating. It took 45 minutes just to get our drink orders, another 30-plus minutes for appetizers, and a full three hours to receive our dinner. They didn’t have anything they advertised on the menu—which was especially shocking on a Friday night. The portions were also surprisingly small for the prices they charged.
The icing on the cake was when the server went to confirm with the owner/cook that they had the $35 fish available. After 30 minutes, she returned to say they only had the $40 fish left. I agreed to order two of those (one for my husband and one for me). Another 30 minutes later, she came back to say they were out of the $40 fish and only had the $50 fish. I was livid! There were only two parties in the restaurant, and the other party had a catered meal that didn’t include fish, so it’s unclear how they ran out so quickly. My only regret is not taking a photo of the $50 dollar fish they sold us. It couldn’t even feed one person.
Needless to say, dine here at your own risk. Hopefully, you’ll be treated better than we were.

As a Haitian I am quite embarrassed by the service, food , and the overall quality of my experience here. It took an hour to get the order in after passing by the table multiple times. Drink orders came 30 minutes in. The servers response was I just work here I don’t know. Order a boulet and was told an hour later there was none.

Atmosphere was great, not because of the service, food or restaurant. Hanging with great friends was the highlight. Food was okay. But, the drinks I ordered was not consistent. After the first drink, I received cheaper versions of the drink. I didn’t complain, but beware. You may not get exactly what you ordered.

I will not recommend this place to anyone, foods are very expensive, not enjoyable , you guys can do better, $ 200 for 2 fish 1 tasso, each of them had 2 small plantains 1 scoop of rice. I was invited, but very disappointed.
