Whent here to get food with my family the location on fort bliss normally don’t put tomato on my food but here they loaded my sandwiches up with tomato then I ask them to remake because im allergic to tomatos they forgot the rest of the sandwiches my wife’s sandwiches had lettuce and mine is just bland I would go back up but they didn’t seam to happy about the remake. On 1/29/2026 I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich and it did not have bell peppers, onions, cheese or mushrooms. It only had tomatoes,lettuce and mayonnaise. Very disappointed with quality of the food and the service. I told the manager about it but she didn’t seem to care and was questioning what I was telling her. I didn’t want my money back nor did I want another sandwich. I just wanted her to know how dissatisfied I was with the food and service but she didn’t seem to care. I will never go back there again.

My daughter is a door dash driver. On Saturday 1/3/26, Your people in the outlet mall ignored her so she stood where u pick up orders for 10-15 minutes plus for for her customers order no one acknowledged her until she went to the order line and your people are very rude!

Very absurd service. Arrive at 7:30, ignored till 7:40 by teenagers trying to close fast even though it is advertised as closed at 8pm. Spoke to a manager after they reluctantly gave in to my request to speak to one, only for him to tell me a long process of pre closing at 6:15 , doing a soft close at 7:30, and not serving certain items( sandwiches and fries) after 7:45. Long story short is, if your closing time is 8, serve and close till 8. To do anything less is not good customer service.

First things first the staff is so unfriendly they don’t greet you or anything they look miserable. Honestly, the food was disgusting lettuce was super old tomatoes were super old. The meat tasted weird as well. I don’t think I would go back.

Chicken was the driest I’ve ever had and they forgot an order of ultimate fries. I wasn’t able to eat it. In Washington and even in San Antonio, Charley’s was amazing. This one was disappointing.

Food is always good here! Never a miss! But I’ve noticed that the cashier alicia always has an attitude that makes her move super slow and a face that shows she hates her job.. no one wants to see that.
