Overall it is a good pizza restaurant with good customer service.
The cashier was friendly when I came in. I ordered Pineapple chicken luau. Waited for a bit. The pizza was pretty good, just needed a bit more BBQ sauce so I asked for extra BBQ on the side. The service was very nice.

My friend and I walked in an were immediately greeted. Such friendly customer service! The place was really family friendly. There’s a lunch buffet, a bar like area and an arcade area. It was our first time so the staff describe the menu for us. We chose to go with the veggie pizza. We were amazed about how much veggies there were. It was so fresh and so yummy. I’m definitely coming back here. And I highly recommend checking them out out in San Jose or a location near you!

Came here to try out this new place. It’s a Fun pizza place! The staff was incredibly sweet. The person who took my order was very patient while we navigated the menu.
We tried the roosters pizza and it was filled with toppings, well cooked and size was generous. I didn’t taste much of the white garlic sauce though, which was one of the key reasons I had decided on this pizza. I loved the toppings however would have liked the garlic white sauce flavor to pop up a bit more.
There are tons of good options in the menu and I’d be happy to come back anytime to try them out.

I live in the South Side of San Jose. So many places to eat and munch. Good old Mountain Mikes Pizza at this location did a BEAUTIFUL, COMPLETE MAKEOVER and you can tell OWNERSHIP has changed, this place used to be runned down and GHETTO OLD. The flooring was cracked and the carpet smelled sour and like cigarette smoke. Let the photos I am posting tell the story.They have a delicious yum yum NOM NOM Chicken Club pizza that is soooo delish and creamy and spicy and bacon bits on there it gives the pizza a new perspective on the taste buds in our mouth a nice satisfaction and the other Chicken Pizza called the Robbers Roost with black olives and white creamy sauce OMG! QUE RICO! The service was quick and professional and informative. I will make this one of my Pizza stops in San Jose. Just as good as the rest of the pizza places. I totally recommend you try it out.

Woah! Amazing service at a pizza chain! I called in ahead to place my order and the gentleman that answered the phone was friendly, clear, and detailed about what i can order and timing of it all!
As for the pizza, i got the “Pikes Peak” and as i say to everyone this is my favorite pizza chain, for good reason! All the ingredients were crisp and fresh in taste, from all the protein to the cheese and crust!
This new management has got something going on as when i went in it was crowded with regulars it seemed like! I would go back with friends this time on game day and try their beer on tap!

when it was Shakey’s Pizza they had a wonderful salad bar/ pizza buffet. these guys don’t. they don’t care that buffet equipment still intact, but lose customers b/c no food. and then laugh when I say what a business killer no salad bar is.

The rudest customer service and a trash of a pizza.
Not the first time that I ordered pizza from this place; pizza alone could get a 2.5* on average.
But this particular time, the service reached an all time low. The pizza delivery got delayed, and when I received it and took out a bite, it was all half baked, soggy, watery and a doughy mess. So much so, I had to take it out of the box on a different tray, pictures attached.
When called the place to leave a feedback, the most shocking customer service was meted out. Instead of just apologizing and accepting the mistake, the person who told his name as Sunny continued on an incessant rude argument. Sunny also said, “we don’t care about reviews”. That is good to know.
I’m not one taking pains to write a review online, but really had to do this to warn others.

The pizzas have declined. They used to put toppings to the edge, now there’s 1 1/2 inches plain dough on the sides, less toppings, less sauce and they burn the edges. Overpriced for the quality.

Love this place my go to pizza place. I love eating here with my friends/family employees are super kind and the pizza is jaw dropping good. Such good crust and very good taste. Also as you can see in this picture this place loves sports. I’m a 49er fan they always have every sport playing. Totally recommend this place
