The cashier was so patient & friendly. Greeted us with a smile. Menu is simple but there are a lot of burger combinations you can do to your burgers. They also sell hot dogs & milk shakes. I love how generous they are with their fries. I ordered two “small” fries & received an insane amount of fries overflowing in the little cups they come in. Burgers are customized to what you want on them. If you want them with everything on them, then just say “all the way”! The beef patties are cooked perfectly & are very juicey. I gotta say this is my absolute favorite place for a burger. Highly recommend!

I am normally not a person who likes to eat hamburgers, but I went on a burger run with my husband and his brothers and was totally glad I gave it a try. Five Guys is special because you can specialize your burger any way, and all toppings are free of charge. Seriously.

‘Little’ means a single patty when you’re looking at the menu. The burger patties are thin, so if you are used to a full burger, then don’t get a little. Decent prices, about $6 for a full hamburger and $7 for a cheese burger.

We got here right at closing, and the staff were super friendly and made our orders fresh. I asked for a bag for peanuts and was delighted to take home a full bag of roasted shelled peanuts to snack on.

Five Guys only gets four stars today. Located next to Starbucks at the Capitola mall it is only accessable from outside the mall. The fries were excellent although having to use those useless tiny ketchup packetts was a pain in the rear. The cheesburger was pretty good besides the bottom bun coming apart. It was a tad bit dry. All in all it is worth the visit…I would be back.

First thing I wanna say it was a service was excellent, and the cashier was very attentive. Although I believe it had something to do with my daughter that was with me. I wanted a small hamburger so I asked for a regular hamburger and he said with everything on it? I said yes and make that two because both of us wanted that and one with cheese. What I didn’t know after getting home with the burgers was that we got the larger ones . I should’ve asked for the little burger instead of a regular burger. My mistake but their mistake was wrapping them in foil and putting mushrooms on them. That was the weirdest wettest hamburger I’ve ever had. The bun was soaked because of the steam from the foil. It was so wet I couldn’t take pictures of it because my hands were dripping. I double checked their menu to see if “everything“ included mushrooms, it didn’t.
While we were waiting, the young man brought my daughter, her strawberry milkshake, and even wiped the side of the cup where it was dripping. That was really nice of him and she thought the milkshake was great. A for effort, but that foil with the hamburger was a very big mistake.

The 41st location is extremely pleasant! All the staff are kind and helpful . The bathrooms are clean and accessible to everyone. One of the burger joints in town where you don’t get scorned upon for asking to use the restroom . Overall a good experience. Have had things made incorrectly before but they are always willing to rectify the situation. THANK YOU FIVE GUYS FOR YOUR SERVICE. ACTUAL customer service. I will continue to choose your location especially over most places near by on 41st!

Big burgers. An amazing list of free toppings. Even the small burgers are pretty big. Free peanuts. Open kitchen so you know its clean.
I’ve only eaten here a couple of times. It is kinda expensive, but the ingredients are top quality and I have had good service every time so far. The bathroom was clean. If I ate more burgers and had more money, honestly I might be a more regular customer here.

Consistently great food and great service. My kids love eating here. The free peanuts are a nice touch. Tip: You don’t need to order large fries – three people can easily share a medium fries.

Place is good however it is small inside. I do see it being a possible challenge to find a seat to eat inside while it’s busy.

Everything is fresh and they say nothing is frozen. The Cajun fries might be too hot for some so I’d advise getting regular ones if your sensitive to spice. No shortage of fries served.

It can be a bit pricey for a burger and fries but if you want higher quality and fresh it might be worth it to you.

Absolutely smacked. Everything I got was perfect except the mushrooms in my burger could have been cooked a little longer but I’ll blame that on my personal preference. Milkshake was perfect, fries were perfect, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely coming back here.

I just tried it for my first time. It was ok, more the taste of what I would expect for a home cooked burger or like a burger from the fair. Habit Burger is better but Five Guys is not certainly no where near In N Out by all means. The fries were pretty good.
