My husband and I had a lovely date night at Quattro Pazzi! Some of the friendliest staff we’ve had in a long time. Our server, Luis, was an absolute sweetheart, and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The menu had so many incredible choices that it was hard to choose! The housemade pastas were a standout, and it’s nice to know that they have such a large gluten free section to their menu too. Definitely one of our new favorites in downtown Fairfield!

Came here on a week night in the middle of August and it was phenomenal. Pesto burrata gnocchi is a one of a kind menu item and was fantastic. Chicken Milanese was also very tasty and came with a good side portion of pasta which was a nice touch. Great drink menu as well, we loved the martinis we got. Server was very enthusiastic and attentive. 5 stars all around

This restaurant used to be one of the best in all of Fairfield and served genuine Italian recipes in a cozy and refined ambiance with very professional service. Things have changed and the focus is more on the take away, which has impacted both the menu offering and the service. The atmosphere has deteriorated too. Food is still quite good but not very different from other places in town.

We enjoyed every bite and the staff was very friendly and attentive. My husband makes really good Italian food so it’s a hit or miss when go to an Italian restaurant. This one is a hit! Can’t believe we didn’t try this restaurant sooner.

Location is nice in downtown Fairfield but decor is a little bright and restaurant was loud and felt like you were crowded together. Didn’t get photos of much. We had a few appetizers and meals. I ordered the risotto and shrimp. Shrimp were cooked nicely but the rice was undercooked and a little chewy. One of our group ordered the salmon and said it was good, it was a very large portion. The spicy shrimp appetizer was also tasty. Overall there was nothing bad about this restaurant but for me the atmosphere was lacking and the chewy risotto was disappointing.

I had previously visited Quattro Pazzi Cafe about three years ago. All 3 times the food was delicious but the service… made me NEVER want to go back. Hence why its been 3 years since I had been there.
BUT on this last Sunday night, on a cold rainy night, in the middle of a pandemic! I could not be more pleased.
I called prior to arriving and was expecting to not get the greatest tone. But was proven wrong when a very helpful host was incredibly nice, urged me to come in, asked for my name and informed me of the safety measures they were taking on to ensure safety of the staff and customers. Wow just from that call I was already excited.
Upon my arrival I was seated right away and taken care of within 5 minutes. The server was extremely informative and recommended great food options that we indeed LOVED.
One interesting detail was the cocktail. I ordered a prosecco based drink and my wonderful date ordered a tequila cocktail. Both came in a Martini glass, both pink colored, garnished with cherries. I asked the server right away if these were the same drink and he said “no” and repeated the drinks we had ordered. Puzzled we shrugged our shoulders and tried our drinks. Two completely different drinks but looked the same… WHAT A GREAT IDEA. I really loved this because it showed that our server paid enough attention to see that we were on a date, communicated that to the bar and made sure we felt special. That is great service!
We skipped on dessert just because our dinner left no room for anything else.
To management: You have wonderful staff, effective communication through the restaurant & a great kitchen. I will be returning. Thank you for a wonderful dinner & experience.

The appetizers were amazing: The Scallops with Pureed Cauliflower along with the Grilled Calamari over Cannellini Beans are well prepared and delicious.
Mains: Clams with Spaghetti simple, with the salty juice from the clams being the main flavour profile with a perfectly al dente pasta.
Orecchiette with Mini Meatballs was rather the lackluster dish, the meatballs were tasty but the tomatoes sauce was sadly lacking of any flavour just a pool of sweet pureed tomatoes.
