This place is exactly what you would wish out of a coffee shop. It has excellent service, a perfect level of sound and feels very comfortable year-round. They have a fire pit that is constantly lit in Winter, in case you want to just stop by or hang out on outside in the sun. The inside is cozy but you never feel like it is crowded. For the summer, it is right next to the Bug Line trail and a perfect stop for something cold or hot as a refreshment. It also has bike racks for stopping, as well as bike repair racks in case you need to tune up your bike on the trail. It has wonderful decor and the staff is incredibly welcoming. You really feel like you are stopping in at a place where everybody knows your name. They have the absolute best raspberry mochas, I highly recommend them. Their breakfast a selection is excellent and presented beautifully every time. You never feel hurried or pressured to get out, you can sit here with friends or by yourself in a comfortable chair for as long as you want. This is a truly a delight and is perfect for this town!

Stopped in with a friend. Got a couple of London Fogs (Tea Latte), and they did a good job. I liked the extra foam and the temperature.
The cafe is spacious with lots of places to sit inside. The outdoor patio is nice too, with different tables and a pergola to help get out of the direct sunlight. Everything is clean and well maintained.

A friend and I met for a morning coffee, and we enjoyed the place. With the option of indoor or outdoor seating, it is nice to pick according to the weather and preference. Be aware that the outdoor eating area allows dogs, which is not a problem for me, but might be for others. There are tables in the sun and also with shaded areas.
The menu is a nice variety, and the Mocha with almond milk was delish. My friend got a smoothie, and it was really good too. The Cinnamon Roll was crazy good and big! The options range from sandwiches to muffins to hot and cold drinks. There is also a range of local artisan items for purchase inside. Coffee for home brewing is also available.
I saw lots of families with children enjoying their morning here. Room for kids to run around outside.
The one drawback is the train nearby, which goes back and forth repeatedly all morning. And the trucks from the local quarries and heavy businesses are loud as they make the corner turn. We had to regularly stop our conversation as they went by. But that is not a big deal for a nice outdoor spot to sit.
The accessibility is good by the sidewalk at the other end of the building. The outdoor seating is on the ground level so that’s easier if someone can go inside to order.
Service was fast and well done. I plan to return.

Staff was friendly and greeted everyone as they entered the shop. There are plenty of drink and flavor options here. I loved the Nutcracker latte (almond & pistachio). We selected this coffee shop while in town visiting family so we can take our dog on the Bugline trail nearby while enjoying our coffee. We were also excited to see the pet- friendly patio had a fire going during this December!

Loca Latte in Sussex is an excellent spot for breakfast and lunch. They have a great selection on the menu, and I highly recommend the Loca Turkey Bacon sandwich—it was absolutely delicious! The Chipotle added just the right amount of kick. I also ordered a hot matcha latte with vanilla and a shot of espresso, which was perfectly balanced. The cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with a lovely patio that would be perfect on a nice day. The staff was friendly, and I’ll definitely be back soon!
