With delivery and tip the 14” big jack was almost $50. This is how it arrived. Driver dropped it? Slid off his seat? No idea. He was an actual Jacks employee, not door dash etc. He was very personable and friendly. I called the store immediately. They wouldn’t replace it but credited my account.
We had to reassemble, heat and cut our 14” pizza.
Was it good? Yes, it’s Jacks. Do better though Jacks! You’re not dominos!

So I waited because I wanted to not be mad when I wrote my review. I was completely disappointed. This was my first time trying this brand. Was looking for a good thin trust pizza. My complaint was the lack of topping. My pizza looked like it was miss them. This was a Pepperoni ham and bacon. I didn’t know the make their pizza in crust, sauce, toppings, then cheese.. which I feel is a way to hide the non existent toppings. I found spots missing cheese. You can see in pictures.. Suggestions: Start weighing your topping for your pizzas. I asked and I was told you fill a cup for each size. Switch the layer of cheese under topping. It helps to bind to crust. If you don’t like these, then lower your price.. not worth the $30 for the quality I received.

I haven’t had Jack’s Pizza in years. It sure didn’t disappoint. The quality and the flavor . When I come back to Indy I will be sure to hit them up. Thanks Jack’s for bringing back them good Ole memories.

Just stoped by today, picked up an ex-large sausage and mushroom pizza. The wife and I have been eating Jacks Pizza for a very long time. We just love Jacks and have been loyal customers since the early 1970’s. All their pizzas come with oregano so if you don’t go for that tell them to leave it off. There is no indoor seating, carry out only.

Reality rarely exceeds my expectations, but wow! Ordered around 4:45ish pm crew was lively, communicated well, and delivered one of the most top-notch pizzas we have had.

Customer service is so very good. Door Dash delivered our food late -had a couple of stops in between. The staff re-made my order and delivered hot. Jacks is nostalgic – I highly recommend Castleton Jacks – staff is amazing!!

I keep giving this location chance after chance after chance, and I still get the same outcome. Disappointment!! The pizza be dry and feels like the box it comes in. It seems like they aren’t putting cheese on it and cooking it toooo long. I wish I would’ve took a pic before they start eating it. I actually would’ve took it back. If only my pizza could look like Mickey and Joshua’s pizza!!!!

Finally made it to Jack’s, and it didn’t disappoint. If you are a toppings person, this is your spot. Thin crust, tavern style, and piled high. Their version of a supreme is fantastically fresh and loaded. We also got an 18in half pepperoni half cheese which was solid. I would stay away from this place if you are a one topping pizza lover. The bang is in the loaded specialty pizzas. We’ll be back for those.
