I always order delivery and I specifically request that it be handed to me at the front door. Several times I’ve had to go out 5 minutes to pick it up and I don’t complain. Other times they haven’t brought the drinks and I don’t complain either, but today was the last straw. I waited for over an hour and they never knocked on my door. I called the delivery driver and he didn’t answer. I called the store more than 3 times and I got no solution. They left the pizza outside in the open And besides being cold, it was damaged by stray cats. I think the service they gave me today was terrible.

This was your traditional papa johns location. I’ve ordered from here a few times and each time the service was decent… although there is one particular customer that I preferred not to interact with when I visit. But she’s timetable most nights.
The pizza was made the way you’d expect a pair highs pizza to be made.
As far as my pickup orders…I haven’t had to wait long times (5 mins or less) for the most part. And that’s a good thing. And this is saying something when it comes to this type of food.
All in all, I’d recommend ordering from this location!

I’ve been ordering from this location for years and this is by far the worst service that I’ve encountered with them. First, I didn’t receive notification like I always do that my food arrived. It was outside for 8 minutes. Then, my order wasn’t correct. The manager was great and offered to have the correct order delivered to me but it was over an hour and I had to call back to get a refund. I don’t think that I will be ordering from this location again.

I’ve been going to this papajohns since I moved here in 2020. I don’t like leaving bad reviews because it’s food and it happens but this pizza was so greasy and flimsy. When holding up the piece for the picture the pizza completely fell off the crust. The quality has unfortunately gone down over the years. Probably going to find a new location to go to if I go again. Please do better .

I ordered a pizza at 7:16 PM it said the estimated delivery was 7:45. Then I was emailed a new delivery time of 7:55-8:05. I checked the app at 8pm and it said 8:22. At 8:20 it now says 8:40pm. I called the store and they said they could give me 50% off my next order, which apparently doesn’t work with other deals… so it’s useless. Terrible customer support.

I ordered through online delivery. Got my pizza and it was hard and crust had white all over it. I am 6 months pregnant and that was supposed to be my dinner. First time ever ordering from papa John. I ended up eating a bowl of cereal. They did say they sent out a replacement pizza, it never showed. I called back they was closed but sent my money back. I really wanted pizza.

I get pizza here all the time and every single time, service is awesome. Coolest people in the world and always on top. Tonight, I hit a bit of a snag with DoorDash and my order was canceled. Called and got an update and the gentleman working the front told me door dash didn’t show up. He told me he would get me a new order in and get it to me asap no charge. I told him he didn’t have to do that and I know it wasn’t their fault. My man insisted and was awesome just like the service is always incredible. Wish I would have got the guys name, because that is top notch service and I will continue to come back to this spot because the staff is fantastic. Thank you!
