Food was delicious. Place was clean. There was a young black female working there and I wanted Kung pao chicken and I asked if the had a fresh batch. She politely said no and apologized that it wasn’t ready yet. I went ahead and took what they had. Well I was sitting at table eating and when the fresh hot batch was finished she brought me some to my table. Thank you young lady sorry I didn’t get your name.

If you dont mind waiting almost 20 minutes for a wrong order, to be charged for items you didn’t recieve, and don’t want a call back when you request a refund – then this is the place for you!
Half of my order was wrong and I was charged $8.40 for 4 orders of eggs rolls. (That’s teriyaki not kung pao chicken, and rice instead of chow mein.)

We came in as 3 Charter buses were nearing the end of their visit. The workers had a smile and ready to service attitude, you wouldn’t have known they were phased. We were fine with the wait. We waited a little for fresher chicken, but they brought it out with a smile! We appreciate that they didn’t feel defeated, but we always love the positive experience here.

Food always at this location i drive from other side of Tyler to this location. I got the honey walnut shrimp, Beijing beef with chow main and a side of cream cheese Rangoons. New guy took my order he was nice could tell still very new. All the workers that I have experienced are great. The facility is always clean and stocked. The bathroom was clean and stocked. I was greeted as I walked into restaurant by several, and upon leaving I was acknowledged as well. Thank you for coming have a great night.

My fried rice was so hard I couldnt eat it, it was crunchy & the lo-main noodles & rice had no flavor, just enough soy sauce to add slight color. The noodles had mostly celery (gross) & cabbage! The orange chicken was good, but I didn’t know it was supposed to to be spicy, the plaque didnt say spicy.

We drove through the drive thru to grab something quick. We were told the fried rice would take another 6 minutes so we said that was fine and we would wait. We waited a while and when we finally got our food the fried rice was burnt bad and had an awful burnt smell. There is no way they wouldn’t have smelled that. Everything else was fine but we were not happy that we had to wait and it was not worth the time and money we spent for it to taste and smell bad.

Arrived at 9:20 and the staff would not let us sit in to eat claiming they were already closing, even though their sign (and online) states closing time is 10pm.
They rushed my family’s order and packed it to go.
Very disappointing and just plain bad business practice.
