When we arrived, there was a live band playing, so it was a little loud for an intimate family dinner — but it also added to the fun vibe of the place. There were moments when the band took a break, and we were still able to enjoy good conversations together.
The ambiance was light, cozy, and very welcoming. Overall, we had such a nice dining experience.
If you’re looking for really good food with a lively atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit. ✨ ️
We Ordered:
Grilled Tomahawk Porkchop
Country Fried Chicken
Triple Chocolate Champorado
White Chocolate Mocha
Exceptional Service (5/5)
We arrived around 11:10 PM, very close to the 12:00 AM closing time. I was worried they would no longer accept orders, as I was desperately craving the champorado. To my delight, the staff gladly accommodated us with smiles. They were fast and willing to serve us, never once rushing our meal. The professionalism of the staff, especially at the end of a long day, was truly commendable. They made the experience welcoming and stress-free.
The Food: Worth the Hype
The food definitely tastes good and is worth the price. The Grilled Tomahawk Porkchop was a standout and my favorite. The Triple Chocolate Champorado is absolutely worth the hype! It satisfied my craving perfectly.
Ambiance
The only thing that was slightly “off” was the ambiance. I didn’t quite feel it, perhaps because it was already late (close to midnight) and there was no opportunity for sightseeing or views.
But overall, thank you again for the superb food and service! I plan on visiting the Pasig branch next time to experience a different ambiance, but I highly recommend the food and service here.
We ordered the Tapa, the trending Dome Champorado, Tiramisu, and a Cappuccino. The Tapa was okay, but the desserts were the real highlight.
For us, you can never go wrong with the Tiramisu and Cappuccino combo. We actually enjoyed it even more than the trending Dome Champorado (which was still good!).
We will definitely come back again—specifically for that Tiramisu.
Only two tables were occupied so they’re able to give our orders timely. Just hoping they serve water first while we wait for our order.
I enjoy the spaghetti! It has light flavor but not bland. The serving is great as well. It can be shared by two. I was able to taste the porkchop and its soft but not a fan of pork so its just okay for me.
For dessert we ordered their bibingka for takeout. I love their bibingka with leche flan on the middle. They’re generous with salted egg so for those who hate salty food might not enjoy it.
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a long time, which makes this experience especially disappointing. After waiting nearly an hour for my order, I took only two bites of the pomodoro truffle pasta before experiencing discomfort and asked if my order could be changed to another truffle pasta of the same price.
Despite calmly explaining the situation, both the staff and the manager were unaccommodating and made no effort to offer a solution. Dining out should be a comfortable experience, and concerns related to food should be handled with care—especially in a restaurant within this price range.
I ended up taking my order to go and leaving hungrier and more frustrated than when I arrived. Unfortunately, this experience has cost them three loyal customers. Customer service needs serious improvement.
We also tried their Bacon Slab, Ube Toast, Lava Pancake, and Churros, and everything was worth it. Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and the whole experience felt relaxed compared to the hype days.
Some parts of the place are still under renovation, but it didn’t affect our dining experience. Excited to come back once everything’s fully done!
Unfortunately the Philly Style Roast Beef Sandwich wasn’t available, that lead me to their best selling Riley’s Chicken Sandwich, it was also a let down. The whole chicken sandwich is a meal in itself, the fries were big, moderate serving but the chicken seemed cooked too well the juicyness was lesser than how it should be, tasted like plain chicken with the occasional jalapeno and lettuces in between. Honestly, KFC’s Zinger or Popeye’s US Spicy Chicken is a better deal. I hope this doesnt reflect to their roast beef because I will definitely go back with bettee expectations to try it.
We also had their Bacon Sliders, that thing isn’t a dissapointment, well maybe the small size is. Thats how you make sliders, order that and absolutely not for sharing.
The nacho dip is scrumptious, spicy but goes well with their margarita. I think they forgot to put syrup in the Mrs. margarita because it was just ice and gin. They were kind enough to provide syrup. I’d suggest next time to just replace the drink and do it right again. Sometimes its better to have it right than do it yourself to match your taste. It kinda looses the whole vibe to it.
Their halo-halo was so creamy it satiated my consistently famished friend, too much gulaman too.
The service is really good and sincere, kudos to well trained-hard working food service workers!
They have ample parking and attendants to help you find a parking slot.
Their waiting area for The Bistro is in the same floor as the hotel reception, I don’t doubt that expansion is on the way. It’s just a awkward to be seated, eating while a row of waiting customers watches you eat. That’s also why it’s better to be seated in their basement level. Temperature’s more moderated down there.
Overall, it was a nice visit. A couple of miss but nothing to not expect better for a nice spot in Antipolo
