**This isn’t a complaint about the employees**
everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. I understand how difficult staffing is right now given the current economy.
That said, I’ve had repeated issues that seem to fall more on corporate systems than the store team. On a previous visit, I was charged for a 24 oz drink but given a 16 oz, & although I contacted customer care, no one followed up. Today, I ordered a similar drink & was told after ordering that it couldn’t be made due to limited staffing.
I understand the challenges, but from a customer perspective it’s frustrating when items are available to order but can’t be fulfilled. Situations like this hurt trust and ultimately reflect on *corporate planning*… not frontline staff, who are clearly doing their best.

We came here to have a quick bite after a long day we have a large Mac & cheese for the kid and we got food for us we got a chicken bowl with all it comes, I got a chicken quesadillas, garlic knots, and loaded fries with bacon. The Mac & cheese is good the quesadillas were delicious full of flavor, the bowl was good all of Wawas bowls are great, the store was a little bit dirty and messy. The food was good service is okay not very friendly but for a gas station it is whatever.

Came here for a coffee at 730. I was limited to 4 choices and none of which were cold. The drink station appeared to be cleaned and not operating. Doesn’t pass the WAWA sniff test. I’d say the place is poorly ran just at a glance. There’s better Wawa in the area.

Wawa is a favorite for me to get a breakfast burrito. I always customize it to my liking. The kiosks for self ordering are easy to follow. Once done get your order receipt and go pay. My order is ready to go by the time I’m done paying.

I usually stop here a few times a week to order drinks. Ordered my drink ahead of time still waited about 10 mins in the store although I arrived after the scheduled time. Drank a few sips and something hits my tongue…

Normally, my visits are good, but today, my experience was NOT! I needed air for my rear tire, but a Wawa truck was parked in the parking space beside the air. I went inside the store to ask them for assistance by moving the truck so I could reach the air tank. Jakob, who was working the registered, called for assistance. He then told me that the air was not working. Fortunately, a local pastor saw my issue. He checked the tank, and it was working, so he extended the coil to reach my tire. As he was putting air in my tire, 2 guys who were in the truck came out and told him that he was putting too much air in the tire. Let this be a teachable moment for Wawa and it customer service: never lie to a customer, never park beside the air tank unless you’re using it, and lastly, don’t insult customers’ integrity by finding fault after you lied about your service.

They are great but heads up AIR PUMP DOES NOT WORK….. ordered food after not being able to put air in tires I would just go to the other Wawa the gas you’ll spend going there is worth not having the disappointment of spending 12 dollars on a bowl and paying for extra stuff to only get sad half scoops idk why they think and extra portion is half and ounce of guacamole

Reposting: Jeez, how lucky yesterday I got an extra chicken wrap at Wawa cuz the time waiting. I forgot to scan the order receipt and pay, but she trusted me even – “you can take it with you and pay it”.
