I love BC. But something about this one felt different. The buffet was VERY small. It only had TWO pizzas! I’m not trying to complain but there was not much variety. I’m not hating but this establishments needs more pizza but other than that, it was a great experience. Would recommend!

Ordered $200+ of pizza over the phone. Forced to pay via credit card due to size. Then charged 3.5% for “non-cash” payment, and the employees watched me carry 9 xl pizzas out the door without even offering to grab the door! Requested well done pizza, received doughy pizza, the dessert pizzas had to be cooked by us at home! Ridiculous. And the boxes stink like a musty basement. Go somewhere else! The young man who answered the phone was very friendly. Only positive part of the experience.

Great pizza, but service has been incredibly slow at times. I’ve had to wait almost an hour in the location for pickup after the scheduled time. Then the most recent visit we had, the delivery was late by 45 minutes and pizza arrived cold, which was a huge disappointment as we had been looking forward to it all week. Like I said the Pizza is fantastic and one of my favorites, but this experience put us off it for a while.

Inedible 95% of the time. BC is great but this location is terrible. Undercooked food, bad customer service, underseasoned sticks, wildly inaccurate wait times, i could go on at length. Avoid at all costs

Chicken club missing all the toppings and super dried out. Nacho chips were bottom of bag all crumbled and toppings were over cooked. This was a delivery that took 1 hour. Returned the food to the store after I paid for delivery, and was told by the Manager (Cheryl) if I was going to act upset (in so many words) she wasn’t going to give me a refund. Seriously?? Cheryl agreed the order was unacceptable but wanted to argue about a refund and had the NERVE to tell me to not be upset over it. A refund was finally given, the money was slapped down on the counter and she yelled at her staff members the til was going to be short now because of me and then told me I was never allowed in the store again. This was my first time ordering from them, and will be my LAST time. Did she really think I would return for round 2 after this experience? This is what they choose to manage their business??? Pathetic!!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

We love Bc Pizza but today Labor Day the crust was different, we did not care for it.
The Apple Carmel pizza was great but our regular ones were a 2 out of 10 not sure why. But we will go back hopefully it was just that day.

This is a large pepperoni and EXTRA bacon. I double checked that that was in fact EXTRA. She said she even weighed it.

Overall great experience and amazing food at BC Pizza! Perfect crust and they don’t skip out on toppings. Quick and friendly service. If you like a well built pizza this is the place. I will be back to try out more of the menu.

Lies and more lies. Called at 5:20 to order pizza and bread, was told 1-1:10 minutes. After 1:30 we called and was told it was going in the oven and would be there in 25 minutes, waiting 40 minutes and called was told the drive left with the pizza 5 minutes ago. Called back after another 20 minutes and was told the driver was leaving with it then. I doubt any of this was true.
Previous time we did a pick-up and they were 35 minutes late for that. I do NOT recommend at all. It’s shame because it’s the only delivery in town.
Try A&L or Don’s for pickup in Lake City, better pizza and much better and truthful service.
