We enjoy visiting this location as the staff are friendly and helpful, the store is neat and clean, and the pizzas are made well with ample toppings that are distributed evenly. There can be a wait of 20-30mins for your pizza if ordered during busy times (Tuesday eve, Friday/Saturday eve) – therefore, I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app/web, rather than doing a walk-in order. Also, recommend a bit more in-store seating for customers who are waiting for their orders.

We have ordered from here often. We ordered the New York pizza and it was 90% seasoning and not edible. When I called to tell them the girl on the phone says “yeah we agree and are doing what we are told and will tell management sorry” no solution for me

Ordered gourmet vegetarian, customized it, added extra toppings. This pizza is typically loaded with veggies. Picked it up and cooked, only then realizing how few toppings there were. Unfortunately a trend with this restaurant.

This is by far the worst Papa Murphys in the valley. Not only are your orders never on time but expect to wait at least 15-20 for you order AFTER your pick up time. They are extremely rude and have zero empathy for making you wait longer than your confirmed pick up time. The best is if you really watch, they will continue to fill as many drive thru orders before touching yours if you picking up in store. One girl making the food while the 3 boys sit on their phones. I will not come back here.

Everything was fine. The staff was really nice. The one wierd thing is something messed up and my order was paid by someone i didn’t know. They fixed it though. First off 30, minutes to prepare a pizza seems crazy when regular pizzas places prepare and cook in 20 minutes. Then I get there and they were just starting to make it so I had to wait another 10. 40 minutes to prepare a pizza is too long. Lots of confusion between the employees.
