First time here, wasn’t sure what to expect because of the hotel…
And was pleasantly surprised! Service was quick and courteous. The drinks a little watered down due to the pound of ice most places seem to dump in, but the burgers were great. The onion rings were phenomenal! Crunchiest onion rings I’ve had in the Yorktown/Hampton/NN area. The fries were pretty good too.
I give any place judgy old people stare 3 stars max. That’s not Burger Theory’s fault, just a heads up to other future customers that those types of people frequent this establishment. So expect to be uncomfortable while you eat a pretty good meal.

As the name of the place says, “Its all about the burgers!” I tried a traditional burger here and they make it very good. Lots of meat cooked just right, the meat juices were perfect.
The toppings were fresh and my side salad was on the spot. The fries were crispy and all. Its a great burger joint with amazing quality. If you want a nice hamburger in the area, I can recommend this place.
Good service as well with quick response. I liked this place and will definitely come back sometime.

I just spent $20.43 on a wilted salad. None of the lettuce was edible and if I were making the salad, it would have been quite obvious that the lettuce being used was not good for human consumption. I did not notice it until I got home and started to eat it. I picked through the whole salad looking for good pieces of lettuce to no avail. Instead of doing the right thing and tossing day old lettuce that was stored in the fridge overnight and became mush they decided to continue using it and feed it to their customers. I should have known the type of service I was going to receive, when I encountered the waitress with a attitude who apparently wasn’t expecting to have to work today and who showed me how my very presence bothered her.

My husband and I ordered the classic burgers for take out. The burgers was cooked medium well when he requested both to be well done. The bread was soggy which broke apart while eating it and the fries tasted like old grease. We use to order our burgers here when it first opened and it tasted great. Since this happened we will not be going back. We should had went to Red Robin’s.

The burgers here are OK. Nothing special but average. The soup was actually very good and the desserts (key lime pie) was lackluster at best.
The ambiance can be quite fun, but the last time we went it was dead and felt very much like a hotel restaurant.

I called to discuss with customer service, she going to tell me about them changing grease earlier that day. However, it appeared as if they hadn’t had a customer all day long in the restaurant. Prior to me getting my food, I waited for a long time. Having to stand in the restaurant, look at the bag sitting on the counter, and call while in there.

I’ve been to this location several times. The cook ALWAYS gets the burger right. Never fails. I like my burger medium rare and it’s right all the time. My boyfriend adds Borsin and onion rings. Always fresh, never miss. Their fries are also top notch.

Chill and relaxing atmosphere with great food, especially the breakfast buffet. Definitely a spot to hit if your staying at the hotel and wanna just walk over. Very convenient and you won’t be disappointed.

We went here with high hopes. Unfortunately, they were short-lived. The area is industrial and, while the restaurant has tried to make itself inviting, it gives the feel of a chain from the ’90s. I will say that the staff was friendly and professional and I would rate them 5 star.
The food was mixed. My son and I got burgers and they were good but not amazing. The onion rings were over cooked and greasy. The fries were good and the tea was tasty.
The final straw was the time it took to get our food. We were one of only two tables seated and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. All in all a mediocre experience we are unlikely to repeat.
