For starters when I called I and they answered with saying please hold. Before I could answer with a yes I was put on hold. Then 3 minutes later she takes my number the puts me on hold again. Then she confirms my number then puts me on hold for a 3rd time. Finally takes my order pick up in 25 minutes. Okay cool. Get there in 18 minutes. I go inside and asked to pay because I knew the food wasn’t done yet. She asked me what I ordered. Which it was 2 things nothings crazy… Got told she doesn’t know what I ordered so she couldn’t ring me up. So I wait and then instead of just ringing me up she answers the phone and takes an order. Nice!!! Then when I say something about it. She decided to talk about me in her language like I’m some idiot. So when I asked her what she said her reply was I was just talking to her. Mean while I know what she said and why they were laughing. Now on to the food. Is sucks. I ordered something that is supposed to be spicy and it’s so sweet it could kill a diabetic. My suggestion don’t ever order from here. Call Mandarin Court for the beauty service and amazing food!!!

Not the best idea tbh. This place looks visually great but the food is not only overpriced, but awful. Chicken was rubbery, broccoli tasted weird, and the egg roll tasted like brown sugar or a dessert or something. Worst idea, ever. Just go to Golden Garden, push aside the covid-era shower curtains and get take-out.

Update we gave this place a second chance and now they screwed up again they didn’t even give us chicken with our chicken with mixed vegetables. Unbelievable!!! Avoid at all cost!!!
I call here to order and there a sweetest guy that takes the order as we can’t have pork in the fried rice. Only vegetable and he takes the order so nicely. Then I have called back other times and the RUDE rush women answers the phone and she yells we won’t do custom orders. I said really I got it done here many times. I think you should actually have that guy taking orders because the owner of this place is beyond rude. Zero customer service skills. You will lose business this way because you just lost ours.

Absolutely outstanding! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every dish had that authentic taste you can only get from a kitchen that truly cares. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The portions were generous, and the prices very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend their dumplings and crispy orange chicken — they were the best I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent meals for our group . Prices were very fair and the place was very clean with an appealing atmosphere. Definitely going to make this a regular lunch/dinner stop. Everyone had both appetizers and dinners. Tasted all the plates and was very impressed. The service was very good and friendly. Pictures of lettuce wraps, vegetable dumplings, spring rolls, and salmon sushi. Finally, a great Asian/Sushi place in the Mantua – East Greenwich area. It is a BYOB and you can walk from the Death of the Fox brewery in the same plaza before or after dinner. They also do takeout if you want to eat in the brewery. Highly recommend!

IDEA Asian Restaurant is in my top five best asian restaurants. I ordered Szechuan Peppercorn Beef and Mrs. U Do It ordered Crispy Chicken and Shrimp with Honeywalnut. It was a great meal. Our bill was $52 w/o tip. The place was very clean and the staff was super nice. This is U Do It approved.

Make sure you make them read back your order NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY ARE RUSHING YOU OFF THE PHONE. I got wrong item and then they had the audacity to tell me that’s what I ordered (something I would never have ordered). They were in such a mad rush to get me off the phone.

She is vry vry rude just charging money in everything and talk always rude today I can’t take it and writing this we always come to the restaurant and we are local our family and our freinds order we wanted to support local businesses but we accept the respectful service we pay we dnt eat for free please talk to her and explain coustomers are everything for you guys thankyou for your attention we looking forward to come to you guys
