This is a cute place and the staple apps, I love and think they did really well. Those include crispy spring rolls, wontons, and summer rolls. The lemonade is sooo good, and they def need to offer that in a large . The peanut sauce was good, but a tad too sweet for me. But fish sauces I loved and I use that on everything.

I can’t say I like everything bc that’s just my flavor palette but I’m still trying new items to find more things I enjoy. The service was great as well.

Pho 72 is truly a hidden gem in Stafford! The flavors are rich, balanced, and absolutely satisfying. From the fragrant broth to the fresh herbs and tender noodles — everything comes together beautifully.

If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese pho, this is the place to go. Friendly staff, quick service, and consistently delicious food.

The food here is pretty good. We usually get the Steak and Brisket Pho with Spring and Crispy Rolls as appetizers. They can get busy in a hurry. You will have to flag someone down in order to get refills or if you have an issue however, as they will rarely make rounds to check on customers. It’s really not to that big an issue, and I highly recommend this place as it can be hard to find good pho.

I had a great experience at Pho 72! I ordered the pho combination and a Thai tea, both were delicious. The broth was super flavorful, the portion was huge, and the meat was tender and fresh. The Thai tea was the perfect amount of sweetness, not an artificial flavor. Service was really fast, and the prices were very reasonable for how much food you get. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Surprisingly popular restaurant, with fast and efficient service, and delicious and filling dishes. With the cold weather, I decided to try Pho 73 for the first time to warm up. Arrived at 1150 on a Sunday morning (just 50mins after opening) and the restaurant is busy, with 12 of their 14 tables filled. You know the place is authentic when the owners kids are playing in the back of the restaurant.

I was seated immediately, menu given, order taken, and bowl of pho in just around five minutes. Ordered their B1 Special bowl of Pho, which was a mix of most of their major proteins (steak, brisket, meatball, and collagen rich tendons/tripe). Noodles were filling. Soup was just hot enough to warm you up but not too hot to burn you and make you wait. Complimentary bean sprouts, lime slice, and Vietnamese basil came on the side. Hoison sauce, pepper flakes, and what I think is fish sauce was also on the table. Everything was clean and orderly. I would have liked to have tried the other Vietnamese dishes (fried rice, curry, egg rolls) but the one bowl of Pho filled me, and I couldn’t eat anymore.

5/5, Great place and will come again when I get the hot filling soup craving.

This was a tough decision between 3 or 4 stars. The food is definitely one of the better phos in the area. The broth was very flavorful and the noodles were near perfect texture. However, the wait is insanely long. We waited over an hour for our food and saw over 5 tables walk out from waiting so long. The takeout orders were taking priority over the dine-in orders. We saw more employees in the front of the restaurant than in the back cooking. Very hesitant on whether I would order ahead or dine-in in the future, but for sure will be coming back again. So glad to finally have a true pho restaurant in Stafford. Also, kudos to the manager for trying to make all the customers happy.

tried this PHO out and I did not like it. My spring rolls fell apart, the guy working there got my order mixed up, they had there kid there and kept hearing them cry while I was waiting for my food, my soup was okay i have had better. Would not go back. I would rather sit in traffic and go to Woodbridge.

Didn’t think a viet restaurant out here could be as good as the big ones around Fairfax/falls church but they are!

Always consistent taste, size, and service.

Favorites are any of the grilled meats over rice dishes. Rare for restaurants to use a real grill in the back to get a char taste on the meats so it’s pretty amazing here (on top of perfect lemon grass seasonings).

Was doing some shopping in the area and hubby suggested this place for lunch as we have never been here. Service was good. Food was very tasty. I really enjoyed the sauce that came with our meals. They do have some condiments located at each table. We definitely will become regulars.

We had the steak pho and tofu pho bowls. Everything was so delicious and the spicy sate added the perfect amount of heat. I love that they give it to you to add however much you want as well as the other toppings. Everything came out extremely fast. If you need a good pick me up this is the food you need!
