Tried the pan pizza, it was good, but it’s VERY small for the price. Tried their boneless wings, and they’re absolutely doo doo. DO NOT BUY THEM. They’re basically store brand breaded chicken nuggets, with a skimpy amount of sauce drizzled over top.
Hey, corporate, I want my money back for those nuggets. I’ll add a picture below. They were DRRRRRRYYYY. Maybe they would have been less so if whomever prepared these didn’t treat that sauce like it was a precious resource.
Also, it took about 20 minutes for than the maximum estimated time on the app to get my food. The nuggets were definitely made first, because they were cold by time I got the pizzas.

Update: I changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because they sent me my correct pizzas for free! I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got mushrooms and onions. The second pizza, I’m missing my jalapeños. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and resolved my issues with ease. I’m definitely going to keep ordering from Papa John’s.

This was absolutely an awful experience. I ordered pizza for a pizza party to celebrate a birthday at my school. I ordered the pizza 2 days ahead of time to be delivered at 11. My confirmation said it would be delivered at 11:10. The kids were all ready and we changed the schedule around to accommodate the pizza party. I was tracking the order through the tracking system, and if it is correct, the pizza was not even being made until 11. At 11:18, I still had no pizza and it was not showing that it was being delivered, so I called to speak to the manager. The manager told me it was being delivered. The tracking system did not report leaving the building for another 10 min. Again, if the system is accurate she completely lied. I also signed up for the text delivery confirmation and I never received the first text. The pizza finally arrived, COLD, at 11:45. The manager tried to tell me they were understaffed, and offered no compensation. If the manager treats her employees like she does her customers, I don’t question at all why they can not keep staff.

I have given this store multiple opportunities and they still cannot deliver. The quality that Papa John’s is known for… I only Could imagine that I can give them zero stars what they deserve. Don’t believe the fake reviews that come after bad reviews to make the score. Good.

Nothing like waiting 2.5 hours for cold pizza. I don’t think we have ever gotten a pizza delivered in less than two hours from here. I expect a long wait on a Friday night but tonight was insane. The relationship with DoorDash isn’t working, guys….. smh

If I could give them zero stars I would. They never have drivers. They have to use door dash sometimes door dash takes the food and you never receive it. Very poor customer service as well.

I order from them all the time. Today 9/20/21 at 5pm I ordered 2 well done pizzas like I always do but today they were burnt. Very dissatisfied! The place was not overflowing with people and they didn’t look that busy so they could have re-made it knowing it looked this bad. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dough wasn’t proofed correctly. Tasted nasty, was luke warm when it arrived. Just ugly and not enjoyable. I also marked No contact delivery and wrote where to place my order. None of that was done. It took an hour for the order to arrive which I understand most pizza places do not have the delivery staff so I’m not upset about waiting but I do expect my food to be good when it arrives. Disappointing all around.
