Ordered a pizza for delivery, 1st pizza showed up wrong so I called. They said they were sorry and would replace the order, they asked me what I ordered. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni lovers with extra pepperoni and asked for jalapeños on half, they said no problem we will get it right out to you. The delivery driver showed up and gave me the pizza I opened it and did not say anything to the driver, the pizza was wrong again. Now this time I received a 1/2 pepperoni lovers and 1/2 a jalapeño lovers pizza, yes you read that correctly a 1/2 jalapeño lovers pizza, thin crust, cheese and a whole bunch of jalapeños with no pepperoni on that side. I had to wait almost an hour before I tried to write this review due to the shock. I am just flabbergasted at what I saw. Photo attached ♂️ ♂️.

We ordered from this Pizza Hut ….it was over an hour late, the pizza is wrong and cold, the sauce we paid for is missing and NO ONE there will answer the phone. This is quite literally not only the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had but definitely the worst Pizza Hut experience ever.

If I ever wanted to give a 0 star it was here. Traveling and got stopped for the night after a full day of travel. Kids wanted pizza. Waited an hour for delivery and nothing. Called in to see if something happened. Got sent to the call center. After an hour and two hang ups I got my order reordered. Told 50 mins. Well not a min later open hotel door and Pizza Hut delivery there but no pizza in the bag. Tried to take cash even though no pizza. Said no I’ll pay when you bring food. Another 2 hours later still no pizza. Worst experience

I don’t know who was on the phone but I call this place at 7:33pm friday 2 and this man had the worst customer service ever first he kept getting my address wrong and I had to keep repeating over and over then when he finally got my address he told me to call a different Pizza Hut because it was closer and where he try to have me call was further out and he told me he was working such amount of years and how he know what he talking about and then hung up this was a horrible experience and I won’t be calling back here again.
