January 30th 2026 at 2:45pm in West Laramie location I went in to get 6 footlongs and I specifically said lightly salted and peppered on 2 of the sandwiches and he dumped it on it is gross and I had to ask him 3 times to put my sandwich in the microwave which he finally rolled his eyes at me and did it. My wife was with me and when she asked for lightly salted he lightly salted it no problem and when she asked for her sandwich to go in the microwave he did it no problem. He had a bad attitude and when he was done he threw the sandwiches in the bag. I have been going here for years and have never had such shitty service he should be fired. I would put his name down but he wasn’t wearing a name tag or a hairnet.

Best Subway We’ve Had!
Stopped here on our way back to Colorado from Steamboat Springs and were blown away! My daughter and I each got a sandwich, cookies, and she grabbed a drink. As we were driving and eating, she paused and asked, “How’s yours?” I realized I’d been quietly enjoying it—it was honestly the best Subway sandwich I can remember having. Everything was fresh, perfectly made, and delicious.
She kept raving about how good her sandwich was too—and especially the lemonade. Not sure if they keep the drink machine cleaner than most, but whatever they’re doing, it’s working!
Bonus: the staff was super fast and efficient, which we really appreciated on a road trip.
Wish we lived closer because we’d be regulars!

Subway is the best place to get sandwiches anyways, i have great experience with this store. I am using this store for 2 years now, not even a single order was bad. I enjoyed ordering at this location for years and i hope it will be the same. For what I have observed sometimes the employees will be chatting too much and delay the order when there are less customers, that is the reason for 4stars.

Easy stop off of 230 and close to the Interstate. Staff are always friendly and sandwiches always done well. We visit here frequently and have never been disappointed or more importantly, sick. Always fresh and good.

they made my sandwich completely wrong, put things on that I didn’t ask for and things I asked for them too add didn’t put on. and when I asked them to correct it the ginger employee had the worst attitude about it, which honestly doesn’t surprise me because he is a ginger. and there was hair all over my food and it was disgusting. it’s not that hard to remake a sandwich when you clearly didn’t pay attention to what the ticket says, do better bro you work at a customer service position get some training. the best part of the meal was the pre package chips.

We were on a road trip to California, and my family decided to exit I-80 for some Subway. Once we arrived at the fast food chain, I was blown away (Not literally, but still!) by what the interior design looked like! The staff were polite towards us, which gives its positive atmosphere to this place. Lastly, the food was so good!

Best sandwich I have had in a long time !! I was getting gas on my way to South Dakota. I saw this Subway and am so glad I stopped. Wish thr subway in my home town was this good. Excellent customer service too!
