The food was the worst!!!! No flavor just really bland it was hot but not good at all and I ordered general tso’s chicken with lo mein and extra sauce on my chicken and a SIDE ORDER of veg fried rice they out all my food together in one plate!!!! My rice was on the bottom of the chicken and noodles now I know the noodles come in the same container as the chicken but not the rice!!!!! And idk what sauce they used but it wasn’t general tso’s sauce. This was my first and last time ordering from them!!!! Idk how they have an almost 5 star ⭐ rating on doordash!!! This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life!!!!!

Ichiban and Mizu was closed so I came here for my Asian food fix, but it’s honestly a bit underwhelming and the chicken feels cheap along with their fried rice being just white rice. The lady there was nice, but I wouldn’t come back unless the food quality was a tad up to par.

General Tso chicken and egg rolls were not fit to eat. I tried to call and explain the issue and they hung up on me 3 times. I don’t normally say anything about the food when eating out, but this really needed attention brought to it. This is not the way you run a business

Ordered over $100 worth of food for my grandmas 102nd birthday. We live in Frazeysburg but the drive was worth it to make her happy. Until they totally messed up the order and left 4 things out (one of which was my grandmas favorite). After calling and speaking to a very rude lady who kept insisting everything was there, she agreed to make the missing items. My husband drove all the way to the restaurant and back again only to find out she gave us ONE order of crab Rangoon!! The missing items were $30! Total rip off! If you get take out, check your bags before leaving.

Absolutely worst general Tso chicken it was so burnt and the chicken was so dry it was rediculous. The fried rice is not fried rice it is plain white rice with soy sauce I think. The lo mein is not good either it’s bland and tastes like spaghetti noodles. Would rather have panda bear in south town! The counter later doesn’t speak English well and tries to push other items when your their and try’s to give you a discount if your willing to buy one and she doesn’t take no for an answer!

Good and affordable Chinese food. Had the chicken lo mein lunch special with fried rice and moo goo gai pan lunch special with white rice. Both were less than $6 each. The moo goo gai pan was delicious and the chicken lo mein was not bad (although very oily). The fried rice was plain and didn’t taste like much.

Food quality, taste and overall experience has plummeted recently. I don’t know what happened but the General Tso’s was downright nasty and it seemed much more expensive than I remember. I could not finish my meal as it tasted like something toxic rather than appetizing. Not sure what happened but I was disappointed for my dinner tonight.
