The food is amazingly good. But when they mess up an order they refuse to admit it every single time. Then if you call them about it they hang up on you after telling you the beef you’re looking at is really chicken.

I ordered today at noon right when they opened on father’s day june 16 they only gave me 3 wings saying i ordered the lunch special which i did not and i ordered (2) egg rolls they gave me (1) the chicken looks old or refried from a old order i caught a lyff to get my refund she did not want me to get the total refund she said she had to pay for her driver well i paid $6 for a lyff what about my inconvenience she seemed unconcerned finally after convincing she gave me refund look at this nasty old refried chicken she gave me? unacceptable! i will never order again they don’t care they just want money!

Placed an over the phone on 10/04/2004. Before placing the order I added up what the total would be and the total was over 18 dollar more. So I ask the woman who took my order why was my order was more than what I added up before I ordered she yelled at me and hung up on me. She told me if I didn’t like the prices not to order. She also told me that she has been using that menu for 2 years but, the menu I have was giving to me less than 4 weeks ago when I ordered some food. She is very rude and has a bad attitude on the phone.
