The food, always good, but the place is disgusting not cleaned at all. 75% of the floor is sticky, food all over it, tables not cleaned and we’re the only ones in here eating. Makes me think of how clean the kitchen is cooking the food I’m eating. Bummer extra sauces are now $.50. Only get one per order of nuggets.
Going to the one in dillsburg from now on.

I came into the drive thru between 11:30 am on Sunday, February 15th, 2026. The entire experience was terrible and I feel like an employee might have taken my card information. I ordered a nugget kids meal with a chocolate frosty and a chicken sandwich with a chocolate frosty. When I pulled up to the window I handed over my card and he passed one frosty and the kids meal. He was by the card reader for awhile and said my card declined. I was confused because I had more than enough money in the account but I still passed my other card to him. He then instructed me to pull forward and wait for the rest of my order. I told him he hadn’t given my card back to me. He then gave it back. I pulled forward and waited. A girl with black and purple hair, wearing glasses came out with just a bag. I told her I was waiting for a frosty. She responded that it was given to me at the window, I told her I ordered 2. She just started walking back in and hollered back that I only purchased one, and she went inside. I stopped at a royal farms and checked my phone for a notification from my banking app that there was a declined purchase but there was no notification and no declined purchase when I checked the account. I used an ATM and I had the money in the account and I was able to withdraw cash, proving there wasn’t an issue with the physical card that could have caused a purchase error or with the banking system having any issues that would create and issue with card usage. I’m genuinely concerned my card information was taken and I strongly suggest that anyone else that was in the drive thru around this time might ha e had their card information taken as well, check your accounts, freeze your cards or whatever to protect your financial security.

Once you’ve been in one Wendy’s you’ve been in them all, but overall very impressed the restaurant was clean, no uncleared tables anywhere. The girl behind the counter was pleasant when we ordered and didn’t have too much problem with my Scottish accent! I guess because there is so much competition along Eisenhower Drive where pretty much every fast food chain has a branch it has to be good!

Came here for fast food, ended up waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru for them to take my order and another 15 minutes for them to cook it and bring it out. Does new tenders are good, but I can get much better tenders anywhere else and I can sit down and wait for them for the same price.

Not sure what happened in the last few weeks… use to be my go to to not be disappointed. Spent $40 and couldn’t eat any of it and got a melted frosted to go with it. Rock hard bacon, can’t even chew it, over cooked stringy chicken sandwich with somehow not melted cheese, rock hard nuggets, burnt fries, a BLACK burger.
Haven’t had something worse than south haniver burger king in a LONG time. Been coming here atleast once a week for years. Whoever recently took over night shift needs replaced.

Ordered a baconator and a cup of chili with hot sauce and saltine chips, recieved two moisture-less patties and zero bacon. With the chili I received nothing, aside from the chili, not even a spoon, so here I am at work, drinking my chili and eating my bacon-less baconator. Do better, I shouldn’t have to make you aware bacon goes on a baconator.

Buyer Beware. I was there today for lunch. There were no customers in front of me. Went to the counter and ordered. 3 different couples came in behind me and ordered. They all received their food before me. After I finally got my food my burger was wrong, my chili was watery and had about 10 slivers of cheese. They placed my food on a tray without a clean paper sheet on it. The grill guy was cooking burgers without any covering over his goatee and hair. The fry person threw trash in the can and pushed it down with her gloved hand and proceeded to dish out fries. The manager was the sandwich maker and put his gloved hand in his pocket, pulled out a Sharpie, wrote on the foil wrap, returned marker to pocket and continued making sandwiches with the same gloved hand. When I complained about my order he got rude.

Ordered there new saucy nuggets. Barely any sauce on them. Looks as an employee opened a few packets of sauce and threw it on. Drive through operator was very rude. Did not have vanilla frosty’s and my receipt was not given. They just shut the window and ignored me when I asked for it. The restaurant was not busy either.

Placed a Doordash order and they forgot the fries and messed up sandwiches. I tried calling the store to at least pick up the fries. And no on answered. the customer service is awful and rude people. but it’s the only one in Hanover. Thankfully doordash is doing a refund. I will avoid ordering from them again.

I got 8 nuggets instead of 10. I didn’t get the spoon or the mystery sauce with my Wednesday meal. They originally forgot my nuggets to begin with. The meals I got for the kids were fine. Staff was very short with me and acted like forgetting my food was normal and I was a burden for asking about my nuggets. And then they were making them and never called me back up. Had to ask a second time and they were like oh yea. And didn’t get the mystery sauce with it. Most other customers there were decent. Pleasant. But workers were not and there was a couple there who were talking about myself and my nephew. Very rude. I let it go for a while and then finally said I’m right here if you need to say something. Stop talking about him like he isn’t sitting right here and like we can’t hear you. Just very rude. It was not a pleasant experience all around. Between trying to keep my kids quiet because people are offended we talk too loud and missing half our food and trying to keep the kids seated and in one place while I went back up twice for my food that was forgotten, it was hectic. Not worth another trip there.
