A worker was there right away for me, but the person after us waited 15 minutes for an employee. (They were short staffed) On the bright side, the pizza was bussin/delicious.

If you guys are going to charge customers for condiments, and it out of stock let the delivery driver know that you charge for sauces. Also write a note to at least inform the customer “hey we were out of this so we gave you this”. It would be helpful to the deliver driver and not get graded best on you guys mistakes.

In addition when sealing a to go order please use stickers instead of masking tape and also seal the pizza boxes. Professional quality goes a long way and those little things matter, especially when it can negatively impact the delivery driver. This makes drivers stay away from your establishment and take longer for someone to pick you guys order-Thank you

Pizza was okay. Guy taking our order was friendly but weird vibes. Tried to order some of the side items, was just told no to all. When asked what of their listed side items WAS available, we were told just Pizza sauce. Slow service, finally got our food and didn’t have the Pizza sauce we paid 2 dollars for. Had to go back and ask, and was given a very tiny cup of cold sauce. Not worth the money. Salad was good.

As of 4/15, the pin on Google Maps is completely off regarding the location, so here’s how to get to PJ’s:

Pizza Jeans is located in the Citizen’s Market Food Hall attached to Phipps Plaza. You’ll reach it by driving to the north side of the mall, as if you’re going to Legoland or the AMC theater. Just past Legoland, to the north/left, there’s a giant black and white wall sign indicating the food hall and Nobu are located in the “tower” part of the building. Veer to the right and park in the deck below. Look for the green elevator entrance, and take the escalator up one level. You’ll know you’re in the right place if Etao and Balmain are in front of you. The entrance to the market is on the right across from Louboutin. Enter and walk past Cultivate coffee on your right – Pizza Jeans is on your left you can’t miss their large stainless steel wrap around counter and comfy orange stools.

With that being said – I came to pick up a Too Good to Go Order (download the app if you haven’t yet to get great food at an amazing price at the end of the day at tons of local favorite restaurants and stores!). KD the general manager, running the entire operation alone, took great care of me. They had tons of prepped slices available, but ordering fresh by the pie is also available.

Tons of seating, nice music, and a green space outside if the weather is nice to enjoy your meal.

1) The Pizza had barely any sauce on it at all – and the crust was hard as a rock – too hard to eat. The cheese was of decent quality but – ya gotta learn how to make the pizza better. $25? Ain’t no Way! Put some sauce on that thing and don’t overcook it.

2) The 1/2 sandwich with turkey and ham was good and worth the $8… the meat looked and tasted of decent quality.

3) Service – what service? Kinda like ya just stand there and hope someone eventually sees you, lol! And bro looked like he ain’t smiled in 4 weeks… – the saddest pizza maker I ever seen, lol!

Loved this place! The margherita pie was absolutely amazing — crisp crust, rich sauce, and perfectly melted cheese. It hit all the right notes. I also tried the cannolis, and they were a nice sweet finish to the meal. Will definitely be back!
