I love Jack in the Box. We don’t have it at home (Canada), so anytime I come down to the States, I grab some. My favorite are 2 tacos for 1.99 (used to be .99 cents) and I love the sourdough Jack. This time I also tried the mini tacos and they were ok. And the same with the loaded mini tacos. Not anything special. Tried the churro bites and they weren’t bad either. Love Jack in the Box. In the one photo, my daughter ordered the back cheese burger. She said it was good.

Sourdough jack needed a bit more toast on the sourdough. Service was real kind, quick and courteous. My jack was free, but a small soda made my order out to be $3.25. So that’s interesting.

I don’t know if it was a bad day or what, but took forever to get our order in. Food was thrown together, and they kept forgetting our shake, till the Third trip to ask. Bathrooms were nasty. Just not a good stop

First of all, I love Jack in the Box food. Which is why I was willing to try 3 different locations to get it! The one in SLO was way too busy with people waiting because they only had 1 cook. This Paso location was closed with no large sign out front, so you had to get out of your car to find out. Then it said the drive thru was open but it wasn’t. LAME! The Spring st location in Paso finally fit the bill.

This is your standard fast food joint. However, they have the nicest drive thru area I have ever seen. It is surrounded by trees so you don’t have to sit in the hot sun while waiting for your turn. The customer service was good, they are efficient and the food was good.

Food was warm but overall they got several items wrong and in drive through too so got home with kids to find wrong things plus angry kids. Pretty long wait also. Easy to find location though right off freeway for those passing through. Bathrooms and a convenient store attached to building as well.

Pulled in to the drive thru today at 1130, 3rd in line. After 5 minutes of waiting with no movement of any vehicles, I backed up and went inside. 3 people working, one at the window appearing completely confused, one tall gentleman working the grill and serving drinks to the 4 parties waiting, and one gal. At one time the gal came to the register, but immediately left to go into the back. After 4 minutes at the front of the line on a limited time schedule for lunch, I left.
The 1st vehicle in line when I pulled up was still not assisted.
You may be short staffed but your employees should have the courtesy to recognize your customers and let them know they are seen and (ideally) how long until they might get service.
Don’t recommend this place to anyone anymore and that’s a shame ’cause for fast food it’s decent.

Please believe me. Don’t eat here. I am not a person that complains about petty things. Thus place is all bad. Bad food. Bad service. Bad cleaning. Bad hygiene. Bad bad bad. We will be eating at the AM PM next door.
They have one of those new drink machines with thousands of options and only had coke and lime flavors available. Almost all food was out. Every time we ordered the guy rolled his eyes and said “we are out, anything else”. Then they changed the cashier halfway through the order and it got messed up. And many other things that would take forever to explain. While we ate they messed up every order after us.
So trust me. Go anywhere else.

My Grandfather Love’s this Place! When he gets there, Everyone knows him, Says “Good Morning! “To him. All the employee ‘s have built a Wonderful Relationship with him. He doesn’t need to order, they already know what he wants, They just bring the food to the table after he pays for it. My Grandfather has been going to this Jack in the Box for Breakfast, for the last 12 years. He is always happy to go back there.
