I really wanted this location to be better because it’s right by my house, but unfortunately this has been my consistent experience. About 90 percent of the time, something is wrong with the order.
This time it was the onion rings. They were so overcooked and burnt that they were not even edible. Hard, dark, and clearly past the point of being served. This was not a one off issue, it fits a pattern of poor quality control at this location.
I have given this place many chances out of convenience, but repeatedly receiving food that looks and tastes like it was rushed or forgotten in the fryer is disappointing. At this point, it feels like basic standards are not being checked before orders go out.
I am not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews, but consistency matters. If this location wants repeat customers, there needs to be better attention to food quality and order accuracy.

I came through the drive-through to get an order of the Nashville cheese sticks after I paid I was told to park. When the gentleman brought my order out, he gave me my food through my car and when I grabbed it, I noticed there was a big red spot on my jeans. When I turned on my light, I could see the bag was completely soaked at the bottom. I had to go into the store and when I told him to look at the bag, he looked at me like there was nothing wrong. There was no apology. I showed him the big red spot on my jeans, he didn’t offer to remake it and give me a new bag. He just simply put the bag in another paper bag in which I told him just put it in a plastic bag it doesn’t help that this is my second time there and have had a bad experience.

$13….for this. First we asked for the Gremlin meal. You could have stated that you were out of the air fresheners. We only found out because the person that brought our food out told us after we repeatedly asked about why we didn’t get an air freshener. Second people behind us were served their food first. Third, we get home to a meal that looks like I could have got separately for less than $13.00. Looks like you ran out of food along with the air fresheners. 🙁

Really sad when you pay extra to have things made a certain way and it never gets done or you put stuff in your order to get like sauces or whatnot and you have to go back inside just to grab sauces really need to have a word with your night crew I think maybe I got a half a handful of fries if that in this box and everything that we asked for stuff to be different was just made normal… not the first time

I got the sourdough hamburger. The patty was so thin. I could barely find it. I added onion. They charged me $.50. I got four little sliver of onion. On a good note, the curly fries were hot and delicious. The employees were very polite

I had a great experience at Jack in the Box! The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and quick with service, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. I especially enjoyed the variety on the menu—you can always find something new to try. Perfect spot for a quick bite, late-night craving, or just a casual meal. Definitely one of the better fast-food experiences I’ve had!

Fine for a Jack in the Box in terms of food. Features a two window drive-thru, which makes getting your food fairly fast, unlike most places that use the single window system. Service was good.

One of my earliest memories is seeing my kindergarten teacher at an early Jack in the Box – I believe Long Beach California.
Besides the hot teacher I recall the drive through kiosk with an actual Jack on a simulated spring.
This Jack in the Box, on Jackrabbit road is not to be missed when traveling through the Phoenix area.

I will never be visiting this location ever again despite how new it may be. The managers and the workers were extremely rude. No one wanted to do their job and they looked miserable. To say that it was beyond dirty is to say the least. There was chicken nuggets left out on the counter that were there since before we arrived and we’re still on the counter when we left 40 minutes later. Not one time did I see the manager change out her gloves. Not one person came out to clean Lobby there was trash over piling, and the soda machine was leaking, also we had to clean our own tables. The restrooms don’t even get me started on them, I was expecting this restaurant to be clean proper friendly but I got the opposite. It does not matter if it’s a fast food restaurant or not there is no excuse for her blatant disregard for upkeep. Also the milkshake machine was beyond dirty and they used it multiple times being that dirty.
