Hate to say this…but big boss Mike and tonight’s crew were reported to the CEO. Stole my $16 and marked my order as in progress and complete. But I have no order. And no refund. Don’t worry, PNC will get me a refund. But I wonder where you all on tonight’s shift will work when I done using every resource in the legal book to make you remember me…lol…never mind…I don’t hate to say this…don’t go to this location….bleed them dry of money because the employees even showcased food that was rotten and spoiled. If you wanna be sick or arguing, come here. If you want material for an easy civil lawsuit, come here.

Service at this location is not good, especially if you’re picking up for delivery. Most of the employees have no sense of urgency and are way too nonchalant when you ask about something missing from an order. I hope they sincerely do better.

DoorDash driver called me for my order and said he was harassed by the manager and manager kept him from entering store she locked the doors. Queen the manager refused to give me the items I ordered and said they don’t have drum sticks and I couldn’t substitute with anything else. Was very rude and needs to be replaced by someone else to run this location! I will be contacting corporate to complain and health department.

Ok 2nd time being ordered online . Order was not ready when i got there and app said it was. Also utensils were not included, didnt have drink carriers, was out of pepsi, and employees didnt seem to care. This store needs to get its act together. This is ridiculous .

Make sure you check your bag for food I go there and get the family meal that comes with four sides and then I order an extra size and they always forget either my coleslaw that I pay extra for or mashed potatoes that came with the original order

You were terrible 10 years ago, then you got a new manager. Seemed to straiten out the problems. I’m almost positive he’s gone now. The last two trips there were horrible. Can you tell me what part of the chicken this is. The other piece crumbled into nothing. I called and the manager insisted I bring it back. So now I’m waiting for the busiest part of the day to go back and show all the customers what they serve. Also my mashed/boxed potatoes had a teespoon of gravy on it. I could not eat that either. Your potatoes are gross without gravy. You should try them, I did.
