I earned a free, 60 point, 1 topping large New York styled pizza. Once again I had trouble with my app but Brooklyn showed me how to select pay in store. I expressed my need to limit walking and she and others said I could’ve called it in also. They immediately offered to bring it out . The wait time was short.
Our only disappointment is that we pay for Preminum chicken but the amount of chicken on the pizza is slim. We barely had 2 pieces on each slice. It maybe a need to write corporate. Im assuming the local site is doing what they are told.
Their hospitaliity is to be commended, especially Brooklyn.

I ordered extra pepperoni this is what I got. Gave manager 2 chances to make order correctly. Manager hung up on me 1st time. States, “i don’t know what to tell you”, okay. I gave you not ONE but TWO chances. Even offered to WALK DOWN TO STORE to allow to have order fixed. NOT a good representation of a good company.

I called the store to ask if I can receive another chicken Alfredo bowl which I would then so I will be credited for I asked for the total price after asking for another bowl it was gave the same full price With no credit. Ordered online and I had the pizza delivered to my hotel while in the city for business. The pizza was delicious and piping hot! Amanda the delivery person was friendly and delivered on time. Ate a little before I took pictures. Couldn’t wait. Lol

Update 11/18/23… I was given points for a free pizza. Placed an online order last night. It normally takes about 40 minutes to get my order if it’s busy. I kept having issues with the tracker. An hour passed my order time, I call this location only to be told that my pizza still hadn’t been started yet so I asked for a refund. Now my points are gone. THIS LOCATION IS TRASH! order from another location and pick it up. You’ll be better off!
Update 11/12/23… I ordered a pan pizza that was made like a regular pizza. The sauce, cheese and toppings are supposed to go to the edge. Not sure what the deal is with this location but I wish I could get delivery from another location besides this one.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery at 7:10 pm from the Falls of Neuse location since the Six Forks location was closed. The App said 39-40 minutes. Fine. Tracker said it was in the oven at 7:35. Called at 8:00 pm and they said it had just come out of the oven, they were sorry they were busy. Pizza left the store at 8:08 and arrived at 8:25. Cold. No sauce and barely any toppings. Order from the Towne plaza location- they are much better.
