To Paul the Store Manager:
I’ve been documenting issues here a while— incorrect orders, rude staff, food quality, and cleanliness. There are clearly issues I’ve witnessed each visit I never experienced at any restaurant food chain. I already escalated this to warn the general public to avoid this location and will get up to the corporate level. This is one of the dirtiest locations I’ve been to I’ve taken photos health violations and posted @ChipotleTweets. Having a large following I will have to share my experiences. This is totally unacceptable. You can ignore all the negative reviews on Google but I assure you I will make sure it’s known how this location is operating.

Worst Chipotle ever! First, the whole staff was grumpy, slow, and we had to wait, what seemed like forever for them to replenish the rice. Worst yet, every Chipotle we’ve ever gone to has given us the red side dish containers when we order a side. Not here! They tried to give me a pathetic little plastic container for the same price. So sad they let this place get this bad!

I was quite disappointed I had stopped about a month ago
And ordered ahead. When I picked it up my food was cold.
Today I ordered my normal chicken bowl. I came home to eat it. The rice wasn’t cooked lo the way. It ruined my dinner. That is the restaurant. There is zero reason why rice should be in cooked. Food was gross.

Had a GREAT experience here first time at this location. Had to feed a family of 9 and didn’t have everything I needed but French helped take care of it for me in no time with a caring smile. EXCELLENT service!! Will definitely be back.

I don’t know what’s going on but Chipotle is has turned south so fast. Got a bowl and wasn’t even half full. Maybe 5 pieces of chicken and that’s about it. Got a large chips and queso and half of the bag was full of soggy chips. My husband’s bowl was just like mine… pathetic. So disappointing because they used to be so good. Not worth the $40

We walked up hoping to get 3 chicken bowls, they had no chicken. We asked how long and the guy said whenever he is done. Nice, so we ordered different meats and then grilled veggies was basically gone. The guy either needed to go home not be customer facing. 5pm on Sunday should not be out of food.

I love this location! They always are so nice even when it’s crazy busy. They have great vibes every time I’m in and are always quick. Today I went through the chipotlane and the person working in it was so friendly and always is whenever I come by. It just was so refreshing, especially with all the weather recently, it was so nice to get good food from nice people!

The staff was super helpful and the food was awesome. The portions were nothing to complain about (I’m an enjoyer of protein, the carne asada was plentiful and DELICIOUS). Have been here a few times and never left dissatisfied. Thank you to the staff, especially those of you working the late nights!

Overall sucks in all categories.
Not many customers in store so staff should have had time to keep clean…
Absolutely filthy…. the service counter ..the floors.. all the tables and the silverware and soft drink area.. all were dirty with trash everywhere.
When we were in line to order, nobody was in the store. We were looking at the meat trying to decide which one we were even gonna get because none of them really looked so appetizing and they didn’t even ask to help us. Someone walked up behind us and because were standing furthest to right they came to counter and obviously knew the person addressing them by name…asked them to order bypassing us.
They just started working with people behind us instead because they knew them as friends.
Couple staff in the back playing around goofing off, tried to make the order once they did help us and couldn’t get it right twice and had to remake it.
The person was mumbling and I was speaking very clearly that I only wanted beans and salsa on one side of the bowl and they kept putting cheese beans, etc., all over the entire bowl because they were doing it as fast as they could.
I’m not talking about a little mistake where it’s dripping over I’m talking about they just bypassed what I was asking them to do because it was something out of their ordinary robotic behavior of doing the same thing over and over.
After all it Was partially cold.
But couldn’t get over that we were sitting surrounded by dirty tables and counters with trash all over floor with 5 or 6 people working and talking and no one came out to clean tables or floors the entire time.
We ended up having to sit at the window counter is far next to the doors as we could because it was the only tiny space in the place that was actually clean.

Placed a mobile order. When I got it there were 3 things missing. I contacted the company by email because that is the only choice. They responded back and said they would refund me 1.00 and put a free drink in my app. Didn’t even offer me the meal again so I could get everything I ordered. The most important part is the fajita vegetables were missing and they didnt offer a replacement. Terrible customer service. At least offer to make the order right
