I eat lunch here regularly but I am now wondering if it is a reliable option. I got a lunch pizza and half order of spuds today and regret it. The pizza was borderline burnt and the spuds were swimming in a tablespoon of brown grease. I wish I could say this was the first time they have burnt my pizza but it is the first time I have had spuds look like this. The only reason I am giving two stars is because 90% of the time I really like their pizza. This was one of the days I did not enjoy my lunch.
Update: The owner contacted me immediately to thank me for my feedback and compensate me with a future lunch. Because of this excellent customer service, I have increased my review to three stars and will increase it again in the near future after I can confirm the issues have been fixed.
Update 10/20/20: Due to COVID I was unable to visit Ugos again until last week. The pizza was great and the spuds were fantastic. Nothing like the pictures. Updated to 4 stars

While I do like a sweet sauce, this pizza seemed very average. It didn’t sit well in our stomachs. Maybe it would be different with other toppings. Service was great.

Taste like you bought a grocery store pizza, threw some cheese on it and cooked it in a microwave. We ate one slice and threw the rest away. Wish we could get our money back.

Ordered some pizza there last night and one of those pizzas was a comparable combination pizza. I asked for no onion and when I got home after ordering and there was onions on the pizza. The pizza was ok compared to let’s say Abby’s in Dallas. Not worth $73 though. Deeply disappointed

One of my new favorite pizza places. The crust is crispy and not too thick. Depending on your preferance, I would recommend asking for additionsl sauce, as the finished pizza has barely enough to taste.
Employees are friendly. They evan have a few old school arcade games, free to use while you wait for the pizza.

The pizza was excellent! Really yummy pizza, one of the best I’ve had in a while. Timing was pretty good from when we ordered and when we got it. The prices were a little high but willing to pay them for how good the pizza was. They have a few arcade games to play too. The only issue for me was how gross it looked. It was a place that made me want to put hand sanitizer on after, it was pretty gross looking, especially the bathrooms.
