Last time I ordered, they forgot something. OK I called and they brought it. It happens so no worries. This hasn’t been the first time but I order regularly so it’s bound to happen every now and again. This time I ordered two pizza, 1 parmasean bites, and 1 cinnamon twists. I get the order and I see my icing but 2 parm bites. I called and said hey I think you gave me 2 parm bites by accident and the young girl who answered was just as rude as she could be. We are out ma’am. I can’t give you what I don’t have. I’m like “did you not think of my phone number. I could have told you I want a different dessert or just to take them off”. After hearing “we were out” ten times I could not deal with the attitude any longer and hung up. It’s the dang icing you sent with it like I was going to scrap off the parm and put on my own cinnamon sugar, that kills me. I’m done. I’ve heard so many complaints and still tried to support because everyone makes mistakes but this was it for me. No longer will I order from this domino’s. Someone needs to teach those girls how to handle situations like this and about customer service.

TL;DR: The order was never delivered because the driver was completely incompetent.

I ordered two pizzas, but they never arrived because the driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions. Their excuse? She was too lazy to get out of the car and walk. I had to send someone to meet her, but she (the delivery driver) went to a completely different location (that is more inaccessible due to military regulation) and couldn’t find the driver. Keep in mind, all of this happened on a military base, and I couldn’t leave the area due to orders—yet she expected me to go 500 meters beyond my authorized zone. In the end, the driver just drove off and never issued a refund. Also, I attempted to call to get my refund, but she (delivery driver) decided to hang up after bullshiting some excuse and not let me talk.

Ordered a curbside pickup, when I got there the place was nearly empty. I waited 15min past the time on the app, as I was about to walk in an employee walked out with my order. He said that they thought the car I was driving was something other than what I inputted on the app which was not the case. No one bothered to walk out and verify my car.

I called to place an order on December 31, 2023 for the first time. I ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and xtra cheese. When the order was received, it was a regular cheese pizza. I called the store immediately to inform of the error and first spoke with a gentleman who seemed very perplexed and unknowledgeable, after repeating my order multiple times, he then said hold on to get the manager. Someone name Salena got on the phone and said, “I am the one who made your order and you only had 1 pizza, not multiple orders. I again told her I only had one order, which was a Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. She said, no, you asked for a cheese pizza. I told her she probably did not understand me with all the laughter and noise in the background. She continued to dispute my order as if I did not know what I asked for. I asked for the Manager because I could see I was getting no place with her. I asked for the corporate office number and she said you will only get me back because I am the Manager of this store. I told her she was rude and had no customer service skills. I also told her I will never order from that store again as long as she was there. What ever happened to good customer service? If you are the franchisee of this store, I would suggest replacing that Manager if you want to be successful. Great customer service goes a long way!!’

I ordered and had my pizza delivered(5-17-25). Paid for it with a credit card and left instructions for pizza to be left at garage door. The delivery guy kept ringing my door bell at the garage door and the front door. I had a hurt knee and couldn’t get to door. The pizza wasn’t good and wasn’t worth the price. I probably won’t be back. The delivery guy should read the instructions.
