I had both lunch and dinner here three times, and honestly, it’s the best spot in Minot for delicious Indian food! The Butter Chicken and cauliflower dishes were amazing, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Their Garlic bread and hot tea are my absolute favorites — fresh, comforting, and full of taste. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

While visiting Minot for work, we were excited to see such a highly rated Indian restaurant. Basecamp lived up to the reviews! The food was fantastic and the service was friendly.

An authentic taste of India in the heart of North Dakota! Serving portions made to share, this is a great place to come with friends, family, or just by yourself.

Good Indian food in the former Sakura location in Minot. Run by a lovely young Nepali couple this place deserves to be supported. While service could improve (was a bit disjointed, perhaps due to the owners and one help scrambling to make sure all were attended to), food was plentiful and flavorful (although a tad low in salt). Enjoyed dinner in the company of colleagues; plan to return soon. Well-done to the owners and staff. Please support this homegrown venture.

Very friendly staff. Incredibly attentive. We had nice conversations with them throughout our dinner and enjoyed their chat.
The food is fantastic. Served with beautiful dinnerware. Portions are large, so the best was to have our boxes filled with left overs for a second delicious meal next day.

Super Smooth Opening, 245pm lunch visit even with still ironing out their kinks. There is little remaining of the previous restaurant decor. These guys are making the space their own & it’s coming together nicely.
The service was fantastic. Prices are reasonable. The food was not only quite tasty, it was also very filling.
Thinking I’ll go back for dinner tonight, ha!
Note: I went back for dinner 8pm. The opening day dinner rush was a bit overwhelming for them, based on their page and staff feedback. As off-time eaters, we went after the rush, during their recovery. The food was just as good as lunch, and the service was still great, despite the staff looking a bit worn out.
In the evening, I was able to take half my food home for lunch the next day, after getting comfortably full. The 7 levels of heat allow for personal taste adjustments & delivered as promised, with heat not just being an aftertaste. The flavors were well developed & melded nicely. Excited to have this new option!

We’ve been here twice and LOVE the chow mein. They also have great curries, decent momos and good tandoori options. Overall great service and large portions. Definitely try the chow mein!!

I have no idea how the ratings for this restaurant are so high, but this was not good food. I got the butter chicken and it didn’t even taste like a curry dish. Additionally, there were no alcoholic options available that evening and the tea maker was broken. Very underwhelming experience. Only giving this the two-star rating because the server was friendly, and the restaurant had a nice interior.
