I’ve been going to the outlets for aslong as i remember and stores have came and left. L.A. Italian kitchen has been so consistent with great service, food and environment. For the most part I like going week day nights where the crowds are less. However the service does not change whether it’s Black Friday or any other Tuesday night. Specifically, Candice and David are just two of the nicest servers who always attend you with a smile and patience. I like stopping by Tuesday evenings for a quick small chat while also getting helped ! great people ! Great management shows on these nights. Thanks always 🙂 !

You need to be very hungry to appreciate this place. Not sure if because it just opened and they are still setting up or something. For some reason the tray are wet. And there is something off with the Baked Ziti and Pizza we ordered. Food is edible, but yeah maybe we were just really hungry.

I went to go get a fast bite to eat and my server Dakota was amazing, she went above and beyond with her attentiveness and customer service, I had got the pizza special with a Fanta on the side. The pizza was a lil expensive especially just for two slices and it was a lil noisy but other than that it was a good decision

Chic place for Italian kind of food. Lasagne, pizza, pasta along with cool drinks. Pizza combo is also available. Nice music, live place with out door seating available. You can’t miss this food.

Food is ok, not the best but not bad. Tastes comparable to Sbarro’s, maybe a little lower. The stromboli and meatballs were ok. The marinara sauce isn’t very good, too watery and not a lot of flavor. The roasted potatoes were the best part in my opinion.

One wouldn’t usually expect great food from a mall food stand but I was impressed with what I ordered at L.A. Italian Kitchen. Pizza-by-the-slice can be sketchy but I found my slice to be excellent. The server was also very friendly and insightful. When I ordered a cheese slice, he asked if I was vegetarian and knew to let me know about which sides were meat-free. I really appreciated that. I also ordered the baked ziti with a bread stick. One of the best bread sticks I have ever had! I kid you not! I was able to sneak my food into the movie theater. Thank you so much!

The place have posters saying this is the authentic italian pizza. I don’t think they have been to Italy….
My expectations was high when ordering the pepperoni pizza slice, but it was not a good experience. The pizza could not even be lifted from the plate without falling apart. The oil dripping down and the socky bottom. I don’t even know what was the pizza dough or the cheese. No crust at all.
I regret that I did not ask for my money back, since I was not able to handle this mess of an oily “masterpiece”…
Not a returning customer.

Food, Service and Atmosphere all combine to composé a total score. I like this restaurant, and the pizza is great. But it’s hard to give 5 stars for a pizza unless that pizza is bought in New York City and is genuine thin crust pizza. I like this place and would eat here again. It’s convenient to the AMC theater. The slice was big, but for $8.00 per slice, it should be
