One of the best pepperoni pizzas I’ve ever had! I ordered from the Granby store location and everything was excellent. The service was amazing, and Baker went out of his way to accommodate every request we had for our order. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days. Keep scrolling. Choose a different Papa John’s or just different pizza place all together.
Cinnamon bites were just awful. I’ve never seen anything so disappointing. The Cinnamon was clumped on the sides of the pan and looked like dehydrated dog food.
Bread sticks weren’t even cooked all the way. So doughy and thick, just gross.
The pizza was aaalright. If we had only bought that I wouldn’t have been this upset. A waste of $16 between the two sides.
Just don’t go here invest you’re money elsewhere.

Papa John’s has some very good pizza they have very good desserts brownies Cinnamonpulla Parts, cookies and right now for a short time they have doughnut holes haven’t tried them yet but they look good. I have ordered from here many of times over the years I’m very satisfied with the service the food is always hot and fresh if it’s not they will fix the issue. Good place to order pizza late night. keep up the good work it’s a pleasure doing business with you. 4 thumbs up in 5 stars

Not bad at all! I am a big fan of PJs because of their flavors and good deals. I had some bad experiences in other locations, this one is my first time I ordered in Virginia, good job.
My order was ready to go fast and correctly the first time. The counter help was very helpful and courteous with getting my stuff ready to go.

I did a pick up here a couple weeks back. I had to go on the website to get a special. I always hate that, not the locations fault but it makes me mad that they can’t offer the same deal. People were nice inside.

They new building is way nicer that the last . You can watch them make the pizza right in front of you. I like to use their app for the deals .on this visit I got 2 1 toppings for 12 bucks .

Less than 8 hours ago, my husband and I agreed to order some Papa Johns Epic Pepperoni Stuffed Crust pizza in large size via this Granby Street location in Norfolk Virginia. We both enjoyed our pizza and the pizza was at ideal temperature and the right amount of cheese pepperoni and sauce. Our delivery driver was also fortunately very cordial and our pizza was delivered in a fair timeframe.

I placed my order via DoorDash but opted to pick it up myself, when my husband and I get there, one of the girls at the front claimed our order had already been picked up by a DoorDash driver. She claimed they asked for the order by my name, I tried to show her my phone but she refused to look at it, that sounds quite impossible to me since it was a pickup, no driver would had been assigned to pick it up. This girl had terrible customer service skills, never apologized and immediately jumped with saying she couldn’t refund me when I never asked for a refund, I just told her how odd it sounds that a pick up DoorDash order was picked up by a driver, I feel that when an opportunistic thief came in she said my name and they said that was for who they were picking up for. We had to sit around for our pizzas to be re made and then when those were ready she conveniently forgot to tell her cook to also prepare the cookie that was in our order so we had to sit around some more to wait for that to be ready. I maintained my composure but the lack of professionalism was off the charts.

This store has improved GREATLY!!! They’re under new management and it’s night and day here!!! Our friends were visiting from another state and craving some yummy pizza, so we stopped by here in hopes to fill that void in our lives. Not only did the Manager Mercedes Prevoznik stand out to me (hence why I needed to know her last name as well), but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our friends and I to help make it a memorable experience in every way. Mercedes was hardworking, kind, thoughtful and CLEARLY loved by the staff already. Ahmad helped with our order as well the speedy staff making the pizzas and “with their powers combined” they annihilated together. They were all incredibly efficient, speedy and seem to genuinely care. Thank you all so very much for the outstanding experience you gave us all!!! We will absolutely be back and will also be sure to spread the word because y’all need credit where credit is due. Please stay safe and have a beautiful year!!!
