While the food is good, the wait time is ridiculous. 2 trips in a row, I’ve placed an online order well in advance for a scheduled pickup. As I’m writing this, my order was scheduled between 2:15-2:25. It is 2:40 and no one has even acknowledged me or gone to make my order. Absolutely ridiculous, I would not recommend going to the Valparaiso location if you want your food made in a timely manner.

I didn’t catch the names of the girls working at the front but it was around 9pm on Halloween. They were so sweet and patient since it was our first time. The serving sizes were great and definitely makes up for the price. What stood out to us was just how kind the girls were. Good customer service is hard to come across, especially in a food setting. But their kindness was above and beyond.

I’ve bought food here several times when pressed for time. The food has always been good; usually a burrito or quesadilla… generous portions. They’re flexible & offer lots of combinations. The staff have been very friendly and helpful.

Management was extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers without a nasty attitude. My experience was so sour that I didn’t even want to eat the food afterwards. Ive never been treated like that at the Merrillville location, its too bad that I work near the one in Valpo now. Their quality of food just tastes alright as well..ive had nasty tasting chips from there because they didn’t clean their fryer.

This place was so filthy! Ordered 4 bowls at 7 on a Friday. Garbage cans were full every table was dirty. Out of everything. Wish we would have just left. So gross no one ate the food.

Walked in and there were two ppl working (older white lady and white guy), neither greeted me. The short white guy came over and looked like he was in physical pain to say “what can I get you” still no greeting. At this point I declined anything. I’d rather spend my money at an establishment that has manners and treats their customers well.

This is now the second time where the service was absolutely terrible. Lady up front was so rude and gave me the worst attitude because I asked for a little extra meat all because she BARELY put any meat in my bowl. It was the last of the meat in the container and she was too LAZY to go grab another container of steak. I love Qdoba but the customer service is absolutely terrible at this location. I will be telling everyone about how poorly they treat the people who allow them to have a damn job. I need customer service to reach out IMMEDIATELY

Food was okay, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. 2 bowls with extra meat and 2 drinks for $42. Also, the new employee is not being trained properly. The portion control here is absolutely ridiculous. I had to ask for a little more chicken bc of how little I got. Used to love it here and I ate her during my college years, but I won’t be back for a while. Customer service and quality has gone downhill.

This was my first time trying Qdoba and I was impressed. I recently tried Chipotle and was not a fan . A few people told me to try Qdoba and I’m glad I did . The service was excellent, staff was friendly and the food was awesome ! I will return for sure !
