A couple days ago I placed an order for 2 large pizzas, one with pepperoni and one with sausage and pepperoni, I get in the car and discover an olive in the box with the pepperoni and two on the pizza with sausage+pepperoni, my fiance is allergic to olives and nearly ate one. Well I called and spoke to the manager about it and they promised me they would remake the order so I came back on 12/07 around 8:30 PM and they remade it for me, took 10 minutes for both pizzas. I was in a rush so I didn’t check the pizza in the store but instead took it back to the car and shared it with my family on the way home, we got home and looked in the box, with half of each pizza still left, and discovered, you guessed it, an olive in each box! I am appalled. We made sure to explicitly mention the allergy and they deliberately put olives in each box! I have asked for a refund on the website and will not be returning. Employees involved should be punished, probably legally, but we used the emergency EpiPen in the car and made it to the ER before it became a life and death situation.

Warched a kid play on his phone then make my pizza without washing his hands and also not wearing gloves 10/30 1:41 pm. Also why no hot n ready? Why have a sign ? Watched a guy come in and ask for something hot in ready. There was nothing so he just left. That doesnt effect me but that is bad business!

It’s just after 4pm on a Saturday. I haven’t been to Little Ceasers in a while, but my son is having a birthday party and requested Little Ceasers Cheese Bread. I thought they were known for “hot n ready”, but there is NOTHING ready to walk out with. The warmers are empty and VERY clean… It looks like they don’t use them anymore. The 15-minute wait is reasonable, but not what I expected, so it’s disapointing that they still ADVERTISE hot n ready, but do not appear to work towards that.
I’m not likely to return, but if I do, I will know not to expect “hot n ready”.
Also, I’m waiting outside, but the menu who work a few doors down are on a smoking break, smoking next to the entrances, despite the St. Charles County Law forbidding smoking within 15 feet of an entrance!

Took almost 1.5 hours to fulfill my order. Store was full of people that had also ordered and had been there well over an hour. Pizzas were left out and piling up in the back (not kept in ovens). Was cold to the touch when I got home. Finished with this location. I felt badly for the employee that was in the store from another store and had to deal with the chaos. She was doing her best to accommodate people.

They get rid of The jalapeño cheese bread
I get Italian cheese bread simply ask them to drizzle zesty jalapeño sauce over the top and add jalapeños they did. But the lady made it clear that she can never do this again although they get in trouble how would they get in trouble? This is absurd.Food was good people were rude I guess they don’t like doing any extra work as I paid for the extra the regular Italian cheese bread sucks instead of telling customers don’t do it take notes

Did a delivery order on 12/23/25. Received our order by door dash. The driver forgot our soda and garlic sauce. But then the pizza was overcooked and burnt. I asked for a refund and only received a refund for the soda and garlic sauce. Tried to call the store in St Peters, MO. and they do not answer!! I will never order from Little Ceasars again!

Usually I like this Little Caesars, but just ordered four pizzas with one that was stuffed crust with toppings split on each side. When we got it it was clear they screwed up. They put all toppings on both sides then tried unsuccessfully to fix it, the crust was too thin and it was undercooked so the whole thing was doughy and fell apart. The worst part is that when I tried to call it went straight to voicemail and their feedback option wouldn’t load on the app. If they fix this and make it right would be more than willing to forget about it
