I order my pizza online for carryout and I start my 15 min drive to pick it up. When I arrive there is a long line so I speak up and ask if I can pickup my order and I am ignored, I wait until that customer is done ordering and then I almost yell asking again if I can pickup my order and the manager gives me a sideways look and then ignores me again, the third time I walk up and raise my voice to a yelling level to which he then acknowledges me and when I ask him why he made me wait an extra 15 min while my pizza was getting cold, he said,”I thought you were with this group.” Why wouldn’t you ask the line if anyone is waiting in it for pickup or have a pickup window like everywhere else? This whole time I am thinking that this frustration was worth it for some good pizza right? No unfortunately what I got was worse than a frozen Red Baron pizza. Not only was it thinner, but it looks like it sat out somewhere for a very long time and was then rewarmed in a microwave. I honestly couldn’t even finish it.

Sitting at the drive thru and was watching employees in there working and they are touching all the pizzas they are making and other foods with no gloves and sweating over the food constantly, wiping hands on clothes and going back to touching food. What happened to being required to wear gloves? May not be a major deal to some but when you work in healthcare it’s a big deal. Also it don’t look like these employees even bother washing hands. I received the wrong order, in multiple ways. I asked for a large order of breadsticks, and received an order of 5, and not even breadsticks but just bread, no toppings (Parmesan cheese, etc). Brought it to their attention and was told I was charged for a small. I would have gladly paid to get the right size, but can we not also address the lack of anything on this bread. Incredibly rude, absolutely unprofessional and did not care. I left, got home, to find my pizza was wrong too. Don’t waste your time or money on incorrect orders and frustration.

I ordered online, and when I arrived to pickup the food the restaurant was clean, and the person working was friendly, and my food was also very good. There was only one person working and it was snowing outside. Even though they appeared to be very busy, they were friendly and my food was perfect. 5 Stars

This place os pretty hit and miss. Half they time the hand me the wrong order and I have to tell them. I always ask for extra sauce but they usually don’t do that even though I add it to my order. A few orders back I ordered a meatlovers with thick crust extra sauce, did not notice and extra sauce and one of the sloces was the size of 3 normal slices. And the second pizza on that order was a BBQ chicken pizza hamd tossed and extrs sauce like always. Although they did add extra sauce but half BBQ sauce and half regular pizza sauce, it was disgusting. Never order extra cheese because 9/10 times you are not going to get it. Prices are good considering. They pizzas seem to have gotten smaller. Wait times are average at best. For the most part it is pretty cheap, fast, and fairly consistent. Easy online ordering. I never have been inside so I can’t give a honest rating. Over all it’s a 3/5.

Such incredible customer service – especially when you consider they’re short-staffed. Somehow, they didn’t get our call-in carryout order (not sure what happened there, sometimes stuff just happens). Dillon, the Manager, was so kind. Even though he was swamped with a ton of orders, he immediately took our order and got it in the over. My daughter and I hung out inside while it cooked. When it was ready, he was so apologetic, he not only gave us our 2 personal pizzas for free, but he also threw in a free cookie. I was more than happy to pay, but he wouldn’t accept it. I will be grabbing pizzas here WAY more often!! Oh, and the pizzas were fantastic! Thank you Dillon!!

The time on the door of the building is wrong, says they’re open until 11pm on Friday and Saturdays but they are in fact closed at 10pm. You’d think they’ll fix the times since it’s their store

Whatever changes your crews been working on is paying off. We’ve noticed a gradual change with each order over the past couple of months. But, last night was the best! We ordered ahead online and customized 2 large pizzas…Our order was on time and the Best pizzas we’ve had from here. Not a single complaint, we urge old customers to give em another chance. Great job!

Tried to order delivery online. Order was $14.00 for the pizza, $1.xx for tax, and $5.40 for the delivery fee. A delivery fee 1/3 of the price of the meal. It was cold I didn’t want to get out worth every penny. But when I went to pay an error message popped up… I didn’t meet the minimum price to qualify for the delivery I was paying for. Guess we’ll use the other pizza place that doesn’t have a minimum for delivery.
