Absolutely amazing customer service. I placed an order on door dash and something went wrong on one of the pizzas. I reordered the item through door dash and not only did I receive the correct order, but a coupon and a cookie from the manager. Probably the best I have ever been treated! And yes. Their pizza is 10/10.

Order a large 2 topping pizza got home the crust was burnt. I didn’t make it a big deal until my family bit the pizza and it tastes burnt. I called and ask for mgt. Searched pizza places and cottage inn on Grand River in Farming was the only place open. This place is horrible. Ordered a veggie sub and bread sticks. The sub had one hand full of vegetables on a 12” bun. Opened the sub and a lot of the greens were bad. Was very disappointed because the sub and bread was $18. What a waste of money! Will not be going back there EVER! It says a lot about this place that will use brown wilted lettuce. Would they eat the brown lettuce? Would they feed it to their family? The sub did not taste good either. If you visit this place, please write a review so that others don’t waste their time and money. I am now turned off of cottage inn pizza!!!!!!

I am a picky eater. Ask anyone that knows me! Lol. This is a brand new place for us and I wondered why we waited so long!!? We get their advertisements via snail mail, but never tried this place and it is pretty close to us.
We ordered the thin crust pizza, (no meat on my side) and I actually ate 3 slices! Normally I can eat 1 or 2 slices. The crust was a little too crunchy for my taste, but hubby loved it.
So far it is worth 5-stars to me, because of the taste, it wasn’t dry, presentation and location.

Ordered a pesto-covered pizza with tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and feta cheese. The crust was delightfully fluffy and crunchy while the fresh veggie toppings blended well with the tart and creamy feta cheese-mozzarella layer. Munched on some naked wings that were fresh out of the hot oil; I would recommend a side of the teriyaki sauce.
Service was awesome from Pops. He makes a mean tasty pizza pie.

Excellent service, tasty food, great experience! Prices are fair, especially with a coupon. It’s fun to park over by the pavilion right downtown, walk over to pick up the pizza then return to the park to eat it! Yum. Management is doing something right-
