Nothing like ordering dinner for your family after a hard days work, driving to pick it up after waiting the ‘45’ minutes it was supposed to take to be ready, showing up at the location and being told our pizza would not be ready for more than another hour. – queued 2nd on the screen to be made and more than 5 employees in the building- how is that even possible? Were you milking the cows for the cheese??? I’m baffled … but no longer hungry because we took our business to dominos. This location needs to work on their time management and customer service- how about a notification that my order is delayed BEFORE I drive 25 minutes to pick it up!

We have been ordering from this location since they opened and the manager has always been kind enough to deliver to us even though we are a little outside of their delivery area. I called today to place a delivery order (just like I’ve done several times before) and the young lady I spoke with said “I’m a manager who follows the rules.” Not once was I rude to her. Not only was she rude and condescending, but placed me on hold for the actual location’s manager who then told me it must have been Cleveland who delivered to us. Um, no, it was Thompson Bridge. But Cleveland will most definitely get our business from this point forward.

I am absolutely disappointed in the quality of this pizza. There is literally no toppings and about 6 inches of crust and no garlic sauce, I’m pretty sure a garlic sauce is always included. Definitely will choose the other Papa John’s even if it is a hair further.

Alex English and Aubrey Jones were amazing. We had a last minute big order of pizza after our other order fell through with another place. They were timely, courteous, and efficient. Even called me when the order was finished early to let me know! They were rockstars in my book! Thank you Papa John’s for always feeding our people so well!

Store took my order at 10:50am (opens at 10) took the money from my account kept sending me updates about its delivery and yet never came and the store its self wouldnt pick up the phone i had to get corprate involved for them to just cancle the oreder after and hour and a half of bullshit.

I Love the customer service here without a doubt. I appreciate the staff here. They really know how to treat customers. And the pizzas here always have a great taste. On Halloween we came and got some pizzas for our party and they did NOT disappoint. Quality and Customer Service are #1 here.

I have been in touch with the store and with corporate and seems no one wants to do anything about the issue. We ordered pizza on July 12, 2024. When our delivery driver got her first off she knocked on our door like she was the police, which then I knew it was gonna be an issue. I opened the door to let her know I had dogs to let me put them up and I would come out. Well before I could even say anything she said “Um you forgot the tip” not hey how are you or nothing. I closed the door and finished dealing with my dogs. We then went out to get the pizza. Signed our name still did not leave a tip, not that we wasn’t going to but that attitude was not worth it. Well checked out bank and a $8 tip was added. They’re trying to say that we did it. But 100% did NOT. I would always check you bank after a couple days seeing they like to add their own tip. We will not be ordering pizza from this papa John’s again seeing that no one with papa John’s wants to take accountability for the driver. It’s not even about the $8.00 tip how many other people did she do this to and they didn’t notice it
