The food here is usually pretty good.

I like the staff and they work hard. They’re kind people.

Sometimes it seems they are understaffed at busy times. This makes it more challenging for customers and staff so my only suggestion is maybe have another person working when it’s busy.

Never again. After several minutes at drive through not a peep from the speaker ( three vehicles behind me simply gave up). After several minutes I drove to the delivery window. After several minutes I honked. No response. A minute later I honked again. She (employee looked at me), a minute later I honked again. She then came to the window asking what I wanted, I responded, I would like to place an order, she responded give me a second (leaving the window open), after another minute I departed, NEVER, EVER to return.

Staff was rude and uncaring, packing a meal for dine in to go despite being told it was dine in, refusing to give me even ketchup claiming they were out, and saying their soft serve was down (ordered through app to use a coupon) and refusing to refund my ice cream cup. I usually love burger king, save yourself the headache and go up to the one in north Topeka.

Drive thru. had to repeat myself 4 times, and was treated rudely when I raised my voice to be louder for the speaker. Then I pair and was told to go around front to wait for my order. I paid 12 dollars just to wait 17 minutes for cold, soggy food??

Service is hit and miss sometimes. They occasionally will forget stuff from an order. I’ve gone inside to order thinking that would speed it up but just get ignored for 10mins before being helped. It’s just so close to home when I need a quick snack. Food is always pretty decent.

The worst Burger King I ever been too. Rude staff, ignoring all the customers in lobby, one time they didn’t have breakfast sandwiches , I’ve left that burger king so many times because I don’t wanna deal with them anymore. Worst place to ever go for food in general, I’ll drive to the other one down the street. DO NOT GO HERE
