I’ve heard good things about this place. Could not have been more disappointed. The burger tasted like school lunch, the fries tasted like week-old fryer grease, and the sub… just look at the picture. Everything was bland. All the food was barely warm, even though I arrived before it was finished and ate it minutes later. Not worth my money – won’t be returning. Go elsewhere.

I love their food, their fish fried is soooo good, the pizza… everything. When I come to Wellsville I love ordering there. There’s a sweet girl at the phone taking orders, the service is good. Nice place!
UPDATE: today I came back after couple months and Omg! Same good service and the food was delicious , and good price. Never disappoints, it’s so good this place!

They are serious starting to get skimpy with the meat and toppings on subs! When you pay $4 extra for extra meat on a ham and Turkey sub, you expect a substantial amount of meat, and it used to be that way, now you are lucky of you get enough to cover the whole sub… the picture shown is the middle of a whole Ham and Turkey, double meat that cost me almost $15! The Shorts in Andover is even worse! we order almost weekly, spending between $40 and $70 each time… if things dont change that will stop!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered, no one acts like they even like there job. Rude comments. Extremely unfriendly, some of the pre made food in the case has mold, like the parfait!!!!!!!! Do better with your customers guys, they are the reason you get a pay check, acting like it’s a huge deal to even make an order, huffing like a child being told to do laundry

Stopped here on our way back from closing camp for the season. Didn’t know what to expect but we’re very nicely pleased by what we found! The pizza was the cheapest and best my cousins said they ever had and I had a Philly steak sub which for the price was amazing! We found our new stop on our way to camp each year!

We avoid the restaurants in the area and order food from here lol Shorts deli on Stannards rd has the best subs, chicken tenders, and chicken wings around this area. Haven’t tried everything on their menu so I can’t tell you how their paninis are but in all honesty I’d rather food from here than alot of places within a half hour drive from it. Yeah, it’s essentially a gas station that serves food, not unusual, but their food so satisfying its actually a 5 star diner with gas pumps outside .
