It’s the closest Taco Bell so I eat here quite often and this review has been a long time in the making. The service is always slow, the food is okay, what made me write a review tonight was the fact that my rice was hard, either not cooked or stale and old.
I also door dash here and the service is even slower, the other day my order was left behind the counter for about 25 minutes before someone decided to put it at the pick up station on the counter. I was there for a total of 40 minutes waiting for this dash.
The parking lot is poorly plowed and not even salted, drive thru was an absolute pain.
I can tell that the younger workers try to be super fast and efficient but the adults are often seen standing around laughing with each other, basically doing nothing. Sometimes you will get one employee who will apologize for the wait, and other times it’s an eye roll when they forget your drink.

For a taco bell this place is great. The service was quite good. They had a line of 5 cars and it took a bit to get my food. They gave out multiple free taco coupons as an apology. Service done right, and I mean who the hell would get that mad over waiting 10 mins for your food, but what a above and beyond gesture. I also like that the staff is older people, not knocking teens but you can tell the difference in food preparation as well as general customer service.

overnight manager was so rude!!! food was so cold! we asked for it to be cooked to order. she said okay we got it, it was so cold. she told us it was fresh & if we wanted some more we had to pull back around. we tried to go in the lobby , she hurried up and ran & locked the door & said we had to pull around. we pulled around, we told her please make sure it’s fresh, she said it is fresh! with an attitude & answered the mic & said “wassup” then tried to make us pay again for the fries. & didn’t give us a refund. i would NOT recommend.

Food was good and I’m a frequent flyer. Stopped in there in the morning and noticed a large brown poop on the bathroom floor. I alerted the staff grabbed the food and moved on with my day. Fastward I go and grab my lunch and stop back in the bathroom and notice it’s still there. Eww.

This evenings visit was very unpleasant! The young lady gave us an attitude from the jump didn’t want to be there doing her job obviously was annoyed . Second complaint the food was a mess just threw in the bag and was all over the bag, Third we pulled away and checked the bag to realize we don’t get our sauce so we went back around and complained about the mess in our bag and that we don’t get any sauce she had a very bad attitude and said well do you just want sauce ! My husband had replied yes and she she grabbed a handful of sauce plopped it into my husband hand and said here’s your sauce have a good night with the worst attitude ever and I have it all on film . Being your in a customer service position maybe some customer service training should be reiterated!

The power bowl looked like somebody ate some. Counter was filled with clutter. No forks in the dispenser. Had to wait a short while to get somebody to take my order inside. The floor was not swept up, I know it is winter and this is tough to keep up with. The food was pretty tasty though and it came out fairly quickly. I did see them cleaning the counter off a little while I was there.

Possibly the most incompetent fast food location in the history of the 518 here in Upstate NY. Not a single employee has a clue what’s going on. Takes ages to receive the smallest orders, taking the fast out of fast food constantly. Food is mediocre at best anyway. Why waste your money or time eating here?
