I love this place for lunch! Quick and polite service, relaxing music playing, and most importantly delicious food! I love their miso soup and specialty rolls. Price is very reasonable. Pictures speak for themselves

We got the house crispy, spicy shrimp, and dragon rolls and they were all delicious! I liked the size of the cut pieces and the amount of fillings in each bite. Also, the prices were pretty comparable to other sushi restaurants in the area. We got takeout this time, but we will have to come back to dine in because our brief wait in the restaurant was very peaceful with calming ambient music. I can’t wait to try other things on their menu!

Tuna sashimi: I could feel the frozen crystals when I chewed it. It was still frozen.
Miso soup: not good
Service: only one person that can’t keep up. People were getting up to get their own drinks, extra plates etc. Food took about 2 hours and somehow they managed to get an award but they probably just made everyone who was working (witch by the way is only a waiter and a chef) do that one order for the critic. And I wanted refill on coke and it took 25 WHOLE MINUTES for a coke refill and I had to drink my own saliva and had a pepper that was burning my guts and if you think I’m crazy then I dare you to try it and don’t say I didn’t warn you….

Health Sushi has a bunch of great rolls, poke bowls, and ramen bowls. They have a better variety of vegetable rolls than I have seen most other places, which hits since my wife is vegan. Also, Dolly Parton has been there. What else do you really need to know? If it’s good enough for Dolly, it’s better than what the rest of us deserve. Amen, God bless, eat sushi.

If you’re looking for fast food, these people are making the sushi rolls to order, not just grabbing them out of a fridge. All of their fish is wild-caught, almost all other ingredients are organic, and the sushi is FRESH.
I rarely leave a sushi place feeling lighter and more energetic, but I do here. Best value for GREAT sushi that I’ve had in TN. It’s worth the wait.

Update to the below. 04/28/20: TERRIBLE SERVICE lately. I’ve gotten it 4 times recently and every time they have been outrageously late from the schedule pick up time, AND rude beyond belief when I called in. They’ve hung up on me multiple times. Ive seen delivery drivers waiting almost an 2 hours for food pick up. Only reason they’re still getting more than 1 star from me is because the food is good. Otherwise, I’d never go again.
Phenomenal sushi! The quality of the fish is outstanding and I could really taste it overall. I will say it falls in the middle tier of pricing ($10-$13) which means this will not be a bargain choice, however I think for the quality you’re getting it’s amazing. The Nigiri is a little pricey on paper, but what you get in return is thick slices of organic fish that will leave you feeling like it was definitely worth the price. I had the Salmon and Tuna, and my wife had the Shrimp and Eel. Outstanding and I highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed Took my boys here to try our favorite food, Sushi. It was lunch and only 2 table with total of 6 people. So I thought we got in at the right time. I was wrong. The waitress took forever to get our water (didn’t order anything complicated) 15 mins after waiting she came and took our order. At this time, another group of people walked in. There was only 1 server as far as I was aware. I ordered, 1 Salmon roll for my boys and 1 rainbow roll , I got myself ramen spicy soup with chicken.
Food took a while given that the other 2 tables were done eating. When the food came, I was really bumped out by them. Check out my rainbow roll. Publix rainbow roll has more fish than this place. Too much space filler in the middle and it was $12. I have had a much better quality than these with the same price. Our Salmon roll was just ok. My noodles were very cooked so chewing them was just weird. The chicken seemed like they just thaw them. It was a waste of $35. We ended up getting Sushi from Publix for my boys because they weren’t full.
Won’t be back.
