This was literally the best dominoes I’ve EVER ordered. It was timely, it was cooked to perfection, delivered timely, and the driver was very pleasant. Best of all with a good tip this was right about 50$ with their coupon and points used for garlic knots. Yo! Dominos I drove from NM and hit the hotel, sincerelt yall killed it. – very happy customer.

Worst experience with Dominos! Being that I previously worked for Dominos for many years I know how delivery works!
The manager is checking delivery’s out when the driver isn’t back from previous runs. Which means “SHE” is saying that your delivery is on the way, and it’s still sitting in the store.
So…….. when the app says your pizza is on the way, and it doesn’t show up for another hour; this is why!
Or the driver is taking multiple deliveries at one time…
all the while your pizza in either scenario is getting cold because it’s either sitting in the store or sitting in the back riding around town waiting to get to you!
I called to inquire, and her response was “ I don’t control the app!”
2nd When your pizza is under cooked there is only two things it could be.
1. Took it out the oven early.
2. Using wrong dough size. Ex. Large dough for medium pizza.
3rd when the pizza is raw in the middle but super hard and dry on the bottom… that’s from using old dough that’s been stretched and put on a rack and drys out.
When someone knows what they are talking about, and you get defensive because you know you’re wrong, doesn’t give you the right to hang up on them!
I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Terrible, went back and fourth for days with them and they messed my order up multiple times. Refused to give names, refunds, hung up on me multiple times, then had the audacity to get very defensive and aggressive for an order that THEY messed up even after I tipped

The WORSE place I have ever dealt with. Ordered pizza for my classroom. I had placed a large order at my school for 23 HUNGRY school age children that were relying on this delivery for their lunch. I happened to check the status of the order online shortly before delivery and it read CANCELED. What??? No courtesy phone call. I called the store and the manager, Stephen, was incredibly defensive and rude. His response was, “why are you trying to make my life hard?” when I complained that I had a classroom full of hungry children with no lunch. Truly the worse customer service I have ever received in my life.

I’m officially done with this place. The hours of operation are never correct. They cant keep the place staffed. They cancel orders whenever they feel like. I’ve had 3 canceled in a row. I literally just placed an order, and it was canceled almost immediately. I drive by thinking maybe its closed or something. Nope! They just don’t feel like working.

Accepted order online . They marked it complete minutes later and then walked out of the store 45 minutes prior to the scheduled closing. No explanation. No pizza. No refund. Basically they stole my money.

Out of the 3 Domino’s we live near, this Domino’s is our favorite. The staff are friendly and make high quality pizza’s 99% of the time. On rare occasions, they have done a minor flub up on a pizza but will fix it quickly. Their new Brooklyn style crust is so flavorful.
