We go here all the time for lunch with coworkers, so I’ve probably been here like 12 times in the past year. I have yet to have a single order that’s made correctly. Every single time it’s wrong. Today is national sandwich day, or so my app informed me. So I took advantage of their BOGO special. Ordered the Mediterranean and a Veggie for in store pick up. Added some lettuce Tomatoes and onions to each. I do walk in pickup to get the walking steps. Order was ready when I arrived. Bag easy to get to on the shelf just inside the door. Sandwiches customized as I asked. Tasts great.

The usual good food. This location is exceptional because it’s so clean and well staffed. There is an outdoor patio with ample seating and a good sized parking lot. This location also had a drive through that seemed to move fast. Decor let’s you know you are in Buffalo Grove

Can order in app and pick up in drive through which is pretty convenient. Sandwhichs were great as always. They definitely have added more meat and cheese as advertised. They also had both cookies so that was great. Highly recommend!

Found not one, not two, not even three but FOUR strands of hair in my soup and sandwich. The hairs in my sandwich were buried between the layers of turkey and cheese – super disturbing. To top it off, when I asked for a refund I didn’t even receive an apology. The employees were all male but had long hair but no hair nets and not pulled back- would definitely skip out on going to this location.
