I have just recently tried Teriyaki Madness and I’m obsessed! The food is so good and the service has been great as well! It’s a bit expensive but worth it! I also really appreciate that they have the Dixie Direct deals! I have now tried the chicken breast, salmon, fried rice, and noodles! They have all been great but I highly recommend the noodles!

This is my first time visiting in any Tariyaki Madness . I ordered Spicy chicken bowl, Food was good but looks like my chicken was very burnt. I am not sure this how they serve Chicken or mine was over burnt? They have more noodles then vegetables. I add app to my phone but I did not received Rewards for Free Bowl .

I ordered a orange chicken tie mix bowl and the chicken I received was overcooked burnt dry and a lot areas and just crumbling wasn’t even juicy orange chicken they overcook I took it in and the gentleman only could tell me oh that’s exactly how they make it due to holidays what does holidays have to do with your cooking they deep fry it I understand orange chickens deep fried but there’s a difference between deep fry and over frying to where it’s burnt dry no moisture nothing so we paid $40 for burnt food dry and my husband stated that the broccoli is undercooked

The chicken is tough and burnt. Way too dry and over cooked. Stirred veggies are not cooked enough. Disappointed. Always have been a fan of teriyaki madness, not this location

Seriously don’t eat here. It is the slowest semi-fast food I have ever waited for! I am pretty sure they need to take some advice from Mobeddas and Panda Express. The worst! So inefficient…. Not even a lot of people in the restaurant. Stop filling online orders when you have people in your store

Found this amazing teriyaki place. We ordered the teriyaki bowl with fried rice, pot stickers and crab ragoon.
The service was great, the young man was friendly and helpful.
The good was fantastic. Great flavor.

I did half orange chicken and half steak , both are overdone, chicken is dry, small portion of meat compared to the noodles and always forget to do yakisoba style noodles when I ask. I called and complained and they are going to give me a free bowl but I’m going to go to the other location on river road from here on out. The food was AMAZING just wanted to go to one closer to me at the time. Thanks for making it right.

The cashier who helped us was very nice. The food was a 8 out if 10 overall. They got 5 stars based off the friendliness and cleanliness of the restaurant. The spicy chicken was good. Their teriyaki salmon could use a little more flavor.
