If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to wait 45 minutes for my curbside pick up. They never brought it out so I went in and was handed a tiny crumpled brown bag. When I said it was too light she stated she was not the one to prepare the order. I told her the 10 piece wings were missing and large fries. She looked at the receipt and proceeded making an order. I looked inside the bag and discovered two tiny sandwiches with smashed meat pieces. Pictures will be provide so you be a judge of it. In my opinion those workers are bad representation of the business. I understand they work hard but that was bad especially when they tried to scam me out of half my order. Plus, sandwiches didn’t even have pickles or onion. The lady gave it to me separately.
Oh…and chicken was undercooked so as fries…well that’s a health hazard. Maybe City needs to inspect their cooking conditions.

The ladies here could use a customer service class on friendliness, but I guess that comes with the territory when offering fast service. I like that they also offer military discount, so two pluses. I got the pulled pork sandwich meal and it was pretty okay. The macaroni and cheese wasn’t all that great, but the potato salad was better. However, I didn’t like the huge chunks of potatoes that was rather steamed than mushy cooked. Will not be trying this place again, but it was worth trying for one night.

I know Dickey’s you love them or hate them. I like them but I feel in love with this one. The people were very very nice to me and very welcoming once I stepped in the door. If your going to go to a Dickey’s BBQ this is the one. The food was good too lol.

I tried this on my first date and got thee coldest pulled pork I’ve ever had in my life. The corn bread could break your teeth. Bland, stale, undercooked. Took one bite and did not finish and service was atrocious. I even had to help the cashier count correctly and I tipped him like an idiot. I had to give my date a warmer piece of bread. I actually did enjoy the airport cold food better.

The staff were friendly enough but were unprofessional. The cook was more interested in getting the Instagram girl in the restaurant than taking my order. The fries were good but my chicken sandwich wasn’t even cooked and was cold. I won’t be going again

Sliced brisket meal came with potato salad and coleslaw. The dinner roll was sweet and salty and dense. The coleslaw was perfect and the potato salad was just like my mom used to make. The mild sauce is a little spicy but they gave me plenty of meat to spread it thinner. The Grub Hub driver was super polite!

I ordered the 3 meat plate with creamed spinach and potatoes. I paid extra to have the cornbread and extra ribs. I didn’t receive what I ordered and the food was nasty. Please see picture added below. First and last time I’m ordering from Dickey’s.

Let me start off by saying I appreciate anyone and everyone who works hard and takes time out of their way to give proper customer service. But tonight was not acceptable. I just bought 2 plates to go about 8pm on 12/21/2020. There was no line nor any customers. A man working in the front packing away food and another employee working in the back doing dishes. The man was not engaging, nor cared much about my order. I get home and look at my plates, 1st plate had a piece of plastic cut with the ribs and 2nd plate was left with 2 dried up pieces of burnt end brisket. I only live 10 mins away but everything was cold by the time I got home. I can look pass certain things but bad service and bad quality food is not the business.

We ordered over the phone the food was not good they put no barbecue sauce on any of the food or in the bag. The container my food was in was dirty the food didn’t even look good or taste good. I will never go here again I just want my money back the food was thrown away. No care was given and making this food. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Great customer service! Wanted less/ no salt on the ribs-was able to call before 10am to ask for the special order- Amed did a great job!! Even pack order when I got there so it will be fresh. I especially like the combos. I will Certainly order more from this place
